    摘要： Augmented reality social media platforms and methods of managing the same in which a real-world defined area is virtually mapped to include a plurality of leasable virtual subdivisions each corresponding to a real-world subdivision of the real-world defined area. A platform may assign a virtual leasehold corresponding to a virtual subdivision of a plurality of leasable virtual subdivisions to a user of the platform. In one aspect the ability to assign a virtual leasehold to a user is based on the user's affiliation or non-affiliation with a real-world organization controlling the corresponding real-world defined area. In another aspect a virtual leasehold may be reassigned to a different virtual subdivision and/or a real-world offering associated with a virtual leasehold may be reallocated to a different virtual leasehold.

    摘要： An on-demand rental facility management system includes a room, a management server for managing the room, a user input means for receiving information input, an accommodation means for storing an item, and a transportation robot for transporting the item. The management server includes a facility reservation receiving unit for receiving a reservation for the room via the user input means, and an item transportation control system. The item transportation control system includes a transportation receiving unit for receiving transportation of an object, an item identification information acquisition unit for acquiring item identification information for identifying the object stored in the accommodation means, and a transportation control unit for causing the transportation robot to transport the object from the accommodation means to the room on the basis of the item identification information and facility reservation information on the reservation for the room.

Further embodiments can include transmitting a first portion of the first lease application information to a first third party server, the first third party server processes the first portion of the first lease application information for application approval, and receiving application approval from the first third party server. Additional embodiments can include determining a group of rental communities that the user is approved to lease based on the first lease application information based on the application approval, and transmitting the group of rental communities to the first communication device, the first communication device presents the group of rental communities utilizing a mapping software application.     摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure may include vacation Club Reservation System with Long Term Leases, Right of Use for Owner, and Automatic Creation of Owner Days. In some embodiments, the entity who controls the property signs a long term lease with a vacation club, giving the vacation club the rights to let their vacation club members to reserve and use the property according to predefined rules of use. A reservation system may be provided to the club members so that they can reserve the properties that may be controlled by the club. The owner can reserve some days for personal use (ROD) and based upon certain trigger criteria the vacation club and create forced owner days (FOD). The lease payment can be reduced by the amount of ROD and FOD taken each month.
