    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for obtaining and providing hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. A method for providing HARQ-ACK information includes receiving a configuration for a slot offset value and receiving a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) over a number of sub-channels in a first slot. The PSSCH includes a transport block (TB). The method includes determining a second slot as an earliest slot with resources for transmission of a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) that is after the first slot by a number of slots equal to the slot offset value. The PSFCH includes the HARQ-ACK information that is in response to reception of the TB. The method further includes transmitting the PSFCH in the second slot.

    Abstract: A vehicle includes a vehicle feature predesignated as limited-use and may determine that a conditional parameter for enabling the vehicle feature has been met, based at least on a present vehicle state. The vehicle engages the vehicle feature responsive to the present vehicle state meeting the conditional use parameter and monitors changes to the present vehicle state. Also, the vehicle automatically controls the feature in accordance with changes to the present vehicle state, to adaptively control the vehicle feature reactive to the changes to the present vehicle state relative to the conditional use parameter.

    Abstract: An embodiment relates to an operation method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving a crossing input from a pedestrian by the UE; configuring a predetermined area on a road on the basis of a position of the pedestrian; selecting a vehicle having a collision possibility when the pedestrian crosses, among vehicles within the predetermined area; transmitting, by the UE, a personal safety message (PSM) including information which relates to a crossing request of the pedestrian and is to be transmitted to one or more vehicles, on the basis of one or more selected vehicles; receiving a basic safety message (BSM) including a response to the crossing request and transmitted from each of the one or more vehicles; and displaying crossing request acceptance information on a display part by the UE, on the basis of the response.

The method may include: performing resource selection for at least one period, wherein each of the at least one period includes at least one transmission resource; increasing a value related to a consecutive unused transmission opportunity by 1, based on that transmission is not performed on all transmission resources within a first period included in the at least one period; and triggering resource reselection based on that the value related to a consecutive unused transmission opportunity reaches a threshold value related to a consecutive unused transmission opportunity.
