Abstract: A process for producing a polyurethane or polyisocyanurate construction board, the process comprising of providing an A-side reactant stream that includes an isocyanate-containing compound; providing a B-side reactant stream that includes a polyol, where the B-side reactant steam includes a blowing agent mixture including isopentane and a blowing agent additive that has a Hansen Solubility Parameter (δt) that is greater than 15 MPa0.5; and mixing the A-side reactant stream with the B-side reactant stream to produce a reaction mixture.

Abstract: A method for preparing a metal part pressurised under isentropic, shock-type or compression-type, uniaxial deformation conditions, so as to measure the temperature of same by optical pyrometry. The method includes forming an emissive coating on a face of the metal part, having a thickness of 250 to 550 nm, and fixing an anvil-shaped window on the emissive coating. The emissive coating includes a first and a second layer of amorphous carbon, the first layer being inserted between the face of the metal part and the second layer, and having a carbon hybridisation rate sp3 greater than the carbon hybridisation rate sp3 of the second layer. A method for measuring, by optical pyrometry, the temperature of a metal part pressurised under isentropic, shock-type or compression-type, uniaxial deformation conditions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a molding made of expanded bead foam, wherein at least one fiber (F) is partly within the molding, i.e. is surrounded by the expanded bead foam. The two ends of the respective fibers (F) that are not surrounded by the expanded bead foam thus each project from one side of the corresponding molding. The present invention further provides a panel comprising at least one such molding and at least one further layer (S1). The present invention further provides processes for producing the moldings of the invention from expanded bead foam or the panels of the invention and for the use thereof, for example as rotor blade in wind turbines.
