The laminate structure comprises an outer layer having a cut line which defines a flap that is separable from the outer layer, wherein the outer layer is adhered to an inner layer having a cut line which is offset from the outer cut line and defines a portion that is separable from the inner layer along the inner cut line and defines an opening into the packaging structure. The adhesive between the layers comprises, in an embodiment, a channel of pressure sensitive adhesive which surrounds both the outer cut line and the inner cut line, wherein the channel of pressure sensitive adhesive defines the perimeter of at least one adhesive-free valve chamber within said channel. The valve chamber comprises at least a portion of the outer cut line and the inner cut line.

摘要： A composite container having a paperboard hollow body with top and bottom open ends. The body is formed by a sidewall with inner and outer surfaces. The composite container includes a body liner extending peripherally about the inner surface of the body and a base connectable to the bottom open end of the hollow body. The base includes a sidewall sized and shaped to fit snugly within the bottom open end of the body. The sidewall is permanently coupled to a bottom portion of the liner. The composite container also includes a collar connectable to the top open end of the hollow body. The collar has a peripheral portion that abuts the top open end and an inner circumferential flange sized and shaped to fit snugly within the top open end of the body. The inner circumferential flange is permanently coupled to a top portion of the liner. The peripheral portion has regions of weakened strength so that the section of the peripheral portion that abuts the top open end can be removed, thereby allowing a user to rapidly remove the coupled collar, liner and base from the hollow body.

摘要： A vacuum insulated structure includes a first panel having an inner surface defining an area. The first panel includes a vacuum port. A trim breaker interconnects the first panel with a second panel in an air-tight manner to define a vacuum cavity therebetween. A first filter member is disposed on and substantially covers the area of the inner surface of the first panel and the vacuum port of the first panel. A second filter member substantially covers the first filter member to define a channel therebetween. The channel includes an area commensurate with the area of the inner surface of the first panel. The first panel may also include a mesh member covered by a filter member to define a channel therebetween to improve evacuation time using the channel to evacuate the vacuum cavity.

The interior surface layer of the polymeric based liner is removably affixed to the interior surface of the fiber based component, and where the polymeric based liner and the fiber based component are manually separable.
