摘要: One or more implementations of a multi-film thermoplastic bag with a grab zone of contact areas positioned in a high-touch area of the bag. For example, the multi-film thermoplastic bag includes one or more regions of a first film in contact with a second film at one or more contact areas. The grab zone regions of one or more contact areas are located in visible and high-touch areas to provide visual and tactile cues of strength and durability. Moreover, the grab zone regions of one or more contact areas serve to distribute pull and lift forces across a wider area in order to avoid common failures in high-touch areas such as over stretching, punctures, tears, and rips.

摘要: A paper-based packaging article includes outer and intermediate paper plies and an inner polymer film ply. A first adhesive layer is disposed between the inner and intermediate paper plies for gluing the inner polymer film ply to the intermediate paper ply. A second adhesive layer is disposed between the intermediate and outer paper plies for gluing the intermediate paper ply to the outer paper ply. The first and second adhesive layers overlap and are coaligned. The outer and intermediate paper plies and the inner polymer film ply are adjoined to form a multiwall structure, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are coaligned with each other on the multiwall structure. The first adhesive layer comprises a first plurality of adhesive spots and the second adhesive layer comprises a second plurality of adhesive spots, wherein the adhesive spots of the first plurality of adhesive spots do not overlap with the adhesive spots of the second plurality of adhesive spots.

摘要: The present disclosure providing a cushion pad includes at least one cushion unit including at least one die-cutting region, a length of the die-cutting region increased when the die-cutting region is unfolded; the die-cutting region is unfolded to form a buffer layer that causes the second surface to expand in a thickness direction of the second surface to play a buffering and protective role thereof; the die-cutting region is unfolded to form a three-dimensional network structure. The present disclosure also provides that a packaging bag with the cushion unit is of a plane structure after production; when the packaging bag is used after being transportation, an object is put into the packaging bag or applying a pushing force to the packaging bag so that the cushion unit is expanded to form the buffer layer, to protect the object inside the packaging bag.

摘要: A bag that includes a first side sheet and a second side sheet, each of which are more than 80% by weight paper. The first side sheet includes an exteriorly oriented first pivotable flange that is distal to a first folded portion of the first side sheet. The interior facing surface of the panels of the first folded portion are bonded to one another. Optionally, the second side sheet includes an interiorly oriented second pivotable flange that is distal to a second folded portion of the second side sheet. The interior facing surface of the panels of the optional second folded portion are bonded to one another. A repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive is provided that releasably engages the first pivotable flange and the second side sheet or optional second pivotable flange.

摘要: A reinforced multilayer material includes a mesh material covered on at least one side, and possibly both, by a layer of a resinous film material. The mesh material includes filaments that intersect one another, at least some of the filaments being composite filaments having a carrier portion of a relatively high melting point and a bonding portion of a relatively low melting point, the bonding portion of each composite filament being thermally bonded to other filaments at least some points of intersection. The multilayer material has a mass per unit area of less than 9.0 oz/yd2 and at least one of a) a bursting strength to mass per unit area ratio of at least 9.0 lbs./(oz/yd2), where bursting strength is measured in accordance with ASTM-D37 86 and b) a breaking elongation of at least 5% in the warp direction when breaking elongation is measured in accordance with ASTM-5034. A bag is provided that is made at least in part from a multilayer material having at least some of the characteristics described above.
