摘要: The present invention relates to a band (1) that can be stored in reel format, which has areas coated by a thermally-activatable adhesive material (2) following a coating pattern (3) that is repeated along the band with at least two main transversal strips (5a, 5b) that extend between two longitudinal edges (1c) of the band and that include areas (21) coated with a grammage of thermally-activatable adhesive material between 35 and 130 gr/m2. A specific use of the band (1) is for making mesh bags (10) and in particular to close a portion of a tubular mesh (11) by interleaving said mesh portion between two coinciding portions of the same or of two bands (1, 1) and with respective main transversal strips (5a, 5a) of the coating pattern (3) towards the mesh; applying pressure; and providing heat.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a side-sealed open mesh fabric bag having one or more multi-layer seam structures. At least one side seam of the bag comprises a plurality of folded layers of the bag's fabric bonded together within a seam structure by a plurality of seal portions. At least one of those seal portions is a sacrificial seal configured to at least partially give from the seam structure, whilst one or more other seal portions of the seam structure remain intact. The sacrificial seal provides the bag with volumetric flexibility, whilst the remaining seam structure provides an improved seam strength.

摘要: The present invention provides a mesh sheet and a container bag which, when formed into a three-dimensional shape with a curved surface, have the ability to retain and recover said shape, and which are less prone to wrinkling, and the like. Warp threads 1a and weft threads 1b are formed by arranging first fibers 2 which comprise a single component and second fibers 3 which have at least a double-layer structure of a core portion and a sheath portion covering the surface of the core portion and in which the melting point of the component forming the sheath portion is at least 20° C. lower than whichever is lower from among the melting point of the component forming the core portion and the melting point of the first fibers 2. At least the second fibers 3 are provided to both the warp threads 1a and the weft threads 1b, and the interlacing sections of the second fibers 3 constituting the warp threads 1a and the second fibers 3 constituting the weft threads 1b are thermally bonded. The percentage of thermally bonded interlacing sections of second fibers 3, 3 among all of the interlacing sections of the warp threads 1a and the weft threads 1b is 10% to 45%.

Opposed side edges of all of the panels are thermally bonded directly to one another along first and second opposed seams extending at least the majority of the length of each of the panels. The gusseted bottom may have a side seam strength of at least about 1.lb (4.5 N). The first and second side walls are formed at least in part of material, such a film, that is thermally bondable to the mesh material.

Both systems employ a swale in the ground that is lined with rock filled bags that are opened and laid overlapped end-to-end. For the downspout, a closed bag filled with rock is placed under the downspout with open bags filled with rock laid overlapped end-to-end in the swale and overlapped downstream from the closed bag. For a building without gutters and having a drip line in the ground, open bags filled with rock are laid overlapped end-to-end in the swale. The swale and the open bags are aligned with the drip line.
