    Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for making and using a valving system that can be used with containers. In some embodiments, a valving system for a silicone bag can include an air sieve coupled to a sidewall of the silicone bag. The sidewall of the silicone bag can include a perforation to allow outflow air out of the bag. The air sieve can include a sealing seat that is configured to cooperate with the sidewall to provide a seal that prevents external air from entering the container. Using a vacuum inducing device, air can be evacuated from the container by inducing air to flow through channels in the air sieve and out of the perforation in the sidewall.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing a paper band that incorporates a composite paper mesh, intended for the manufacture of bags for horticultural products, wherein the embodiment of the composite mesh comprises a process that includes dividing a paper reel (1) into continuous longitudinal strips (2-5), transversely segmenting a paper reel (6) to prepare cross pieces (7) which are applied on two longitudinal strips (2-5) parallel and spaced apart from each other, in successively distant positions along said strips and bonded by gluing, and applying on the support base grid structure thus obtained a mesh (10) of paper yarn which is joined to the support base by gluing, and that can be divided into portions that can be used for covering windows or openings included in the paper band, all this with the aid of automated means.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacturing system of a packaging bag with excellent manufacturing efficiency. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing system of a packaging bag, including: a film supply device; a conveying device; a bottom insertion device; a bottom sealing device; a transverse sealing device; and a cutoff device, wherein the film supply device supplies a front surface long film and a back surface long film facing each other, the conveying device is configured to convey the front surface long film and the back surface long film, the bottom insertion device, the bottom sealing device, the transverse sealing device, and the cutoff device are arranged in this order along a conveyance direction, the bottom insertion device is configured to start inserting a bottom long film between the front surface long film and the back surface long film at an insertion start position and to complete insertion of the bottom long film at an insertion completion position downstream from the insertion start position, the bottom sealing device is configured to weld the bottom long film to the front surface long film and to the back surface long film, the transverse sealing device forms a transverse seal portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction so as to weld the front surface long film and the back surface long film to each other, and the cutoff device cuts off the front surface long film, the back surface long film, and the bottom long film along the transverse seal portion.

    Abstract: A one-way air outlet channel is disposed inside a vacuum compression bag. The one-way air outlet channel includes an air inlet opening, a horizontal air channel, inclined air channel and vertical air channel and an air outlet opening in communication with one another in sequence. One end of the horizontal air channel is the air inlet opening in communication with a space inside the bag body, and the other end of the horizontal air channel is in communication with the inclined air channel. A bottom end of the vertical air channel is in communication with the air outlet opening, and a top end is in communication with the inclined air channel, such that at least two corner points are formed, at a location where the horizontal air channel connects the inclined air channel and at a location where the inclined air channel connects the vertical air channel.
