Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacturing system of a packaging bag with excellent manufacturing efficiency. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing system of a packaging bag, including: a film supply device; a conveying device; a bottom insertion device; a bottom sealing device; a transverse sealing device; and a cutoff device, wherein the film supply device supplies a front surface long film and a back surface long film facing each other, the conveying device is configured to convey the front surface long film and the back surface long film, the bottom insertion device, the bottom sealing device, the transverse sealing device, and the cutoff device are arranged in this order along a conveyance direction, the bottom insertion device is configured to start inserting a bottom long film between the front surface long film and the back surface long film at an insertion start position and to complete insertion of the bottom long film at an insertion completion position downstream from the insertion start position, the bottom sealing device is configured to weld the bottom long film to the front surface long film and to the back surface long film, the transverse sealing device forms a transverse seal portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction so as to weld the front surface long film and the back surface long film to each other, and the cutoff device cuts off the front surface long film, the back surface long film, and the bottom long film along the transverse seal portion.

Abstract: A sensorless temperature sensing and control system and method uses electrical voltage and current feedback signals to monitor and control the temperature of heating elements used in a heat sealing process wherein sensors are not physically connected to a heat seal bar during the heat sealing process. After calibration of a heat seal bar using a sensor, voltage and current feedback signals are processed by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to calculate the real-time electrical resistance of each heating element. Data and electrical resistance is used to calculate real-time temperature of the heat seal bar during heating.

Abstract: A resin frame includes frame members combined into a frame shape that includes a corner portion, and a joint portion joining a pair of the frame members which are adjacent to each other at the corner portion. The entire-surface welded portion and the partial welded portion are present at different portions on an outer periphery of the joint portion.

Abstract: A method for forming a geomembrane liner testable for leaks by securing adjacent panels together with the conductivity of the lower surface of an overlying panel broken along a line adjacent the panel overlapping edge, and the overlapping edges sealed along the line. A heat welder has slots for the overlapping panel edges, with a heated wedge between the slots and having a projection to break the conductivity of the overlying panel bottom surface as it passes the wedge. The slots merge to press the liner edges together to heat weld them along the line of broken conductivity as the welder is moved along the panel edges.
