摘要: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a method for producing a multi-layer plastic may include coextruding a first laminate with a substrate layer having an HDPE content of at least 60% by volume; a barrier layer having a barrier polymer and having a thickness of at most 20% of a total thickness of the first laminate; and a connecting layer between the substrate layer and the barrier layer; stretching the coextruded first laminate in a machine direction only; and connecting a second laminate having a polyethylene content of at least 80% by volume to the barrier layer of the stretched first laminate.

Provided is a decorative sheet including: a substrate sheet; a picture layer; a transparent resin layer; and a surface protective layer, the decorative sheet including at least the picture layer, the transparent resin layer, and the surface protective layer in a stated order on one side of the substrate sheet, the picture layer having a wood-grain pattern including a characteristic portion and a non-characteristic portion, the transparent resin layer having a depression (D1) harmonizing with the characteristic portion of the picture layer on a side opposite to a side facing the picture layer, the substrate sheet containing a non-halogen thermoplastic resin and showing softer behavior in a high-temperature environment than in an ambient-temperature environment.

The exterior film includes between 50% and 100% polyolefin-based polymers, by weight. The inner layer includes between 60% and 100% of polypropylene polymer, by weight. The inner layer further includes a thickness between 100 microns and 350 microns. The printed pigment layer and the adhesive layer are located between the exterior film and the inner layer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides for a multilayer film having a sealant layer and a first layer, where the first layer is formed from a first polyolefin composition, and a laminate that includes the multilayer film. The first polyolefin composition of the first layer consists essentially of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin and a propylene-ethylene copolymer thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). In addition to the first layer of the first polyolefin composition and the sealant layer, the laminate also includes a substrate film and an adhesive layer comprising polyurethane in adhering contact with the substrate film and the first layer, where when the adhesive layer is formed from a solvent-free adhesive the adhesive layer has an elastic modulus of greater than 25 MPa, and when the adhesive layer is formed from a solvent-based adhesive the adhesive layer has an elastic modulus of greater than 0.30 MPa, the elastic modulus being measured for the polyurethane in accordance with ASTM D412.

摘要: A pipe belt system comprising one or more thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE) layers and a reinforcement layer is disclosed. The one or more thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE) layers have a first modulus of elasticity and a first stiffness and formed across a width of the belt. The reinforcement layer is formed proximate to the one or more TPE layers and has a second modulus of elasticity and a second stiffness. The pipe belt is configured to have an open state where the belt is substantially flat and a closed state where the belt is formed having a circular shape and partially overlaps itself. The pipe belt has a combined modulus of elasticity based on the first modulus of elasticity and the second modulus of elasticity and a combined stiffness based on the first stiffness and the second stiffness.

摘要: The invention provides a laminated film that can form a laminated structure mainly composed of a polypropylene film and composed of substantially a single resin species having a low environmental load, and has gas barrier properties required for a packaging material when an inorganic thin film layer is laminated. The laminated film for forming an inorganic thin film layer, includes a substrate layer mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin; and a coating layer laminated on at least one surface of the substrate layer, wherein (I) the laminated film has a heating elongation rate at 130° C. of 10% or less in both MD and TD directions, (II) a total of a maximum peak height (Rp) and maximum valley depth (Rv) of the coating layer-side surface measured with a scanning probe microscope is 30.0 nm or less, and (III) an amount of adhesion of the coating layer is 0.10-0.50 g/m2.
