摘要: Provided is a production method for a layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) molded article with a high adhesive force by a simple step. Further, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition and a molded article that can be used in the layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of the PAS molded article with a high adhesive force by a simpler step; and production methods therefor. More specifically, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition obtained by blending a polyarylene sulfide resin, a thermoplastic elastomer and/or a hydrolyzable thermoplastic resin, a carbonate, and a polyolefin-based wax; a molded article which is obtained by melt-molding the polyarylene sulfide resin composition and in which the surface is roughened; a layered product having a metal plating layer; and production methods therefor.

摘要: A multilayered, flexible, and generally flat pouch for transporting and dispensing chocolate, including first and second elongated generally rectangular multilayered portions sealed together to yield a deformable generally rectangular fluid-tight sachet defining an internal volume and separating the internal volume from an external environment. The sachet further defines a top end, an oppositely disposed bottom end, and first and second sides extending therebetween. An untempered chocolate portion is contained within the internal volume. A tear notch is formed through at least one side and disposed adjacent the top end and a weakened tear strip extends between the second side and the bottom end. The sachet is substantially fluid-tight, and first and second elongated generally rectangular multilayered portions each further comprise an outer layer, an inner high-slip layer, a printable binding layer disposed between the inner and outer layers, and a metal vapor barrier layer disposed between the inner and outer layers. When actuated, the first weakened tear strip produces a corner pour spout through which molten chocolate may be extracted from the sachet. When actuated, the second weakened tear strip produces a central aperture through which molten chocolate may be extracted from the sachet.

摘要: Methods of making bearings using pressure sensitive macromolecular adhesive polymers and pressure sensitive polymer compositions capable of integrating fluoropolymeric properties with a catecholamine functionality to form an adhesive system that allows bonding between metallic substrates and fluoropolymers are disclosed. Also disclosed are core-shell polymeric particles comprised of a core and a shell comprising a thermoplastic polydopamine polymer that may be prepared as a colloidal suspension and used as a hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive capable of binding low surface energy materials, such as polyolefins and fluoropolymers, to diverse materials including metals in making bearings and/or bearing components.

摘要: A packaging material for molding includes a heat resistant resin layer as an outer layer; a thermoplastic resin layer as an inner layer; a metal foil layer disposed between the heat resistant resin layer and the thermoplastic resin layer; a first adhesive layer disposed between the metal foil layer and the heat resistant resin layer; and a second adhesive layer disposed between the metal foil layer and the thermoplastic resin layer. The first adhesive layer is composed of a color adhesive agent composition containing a color pigment and an adhesive agent. The color adhesive agent composition contains a color pigment of 2 mass % or more and less than 5 mass % with respect to a solid component. The first adhesive layer is a coating of the color adhesive agent composition of 5 g/m2 to 10 g/m2. The first adhesive layer contains a color pigment of 0.25 g/m2 to 0.49 g/m2.

摘要: The packaging material includes a heat-resistant resin layer 2 as an outer side layer, a heat-fusible resin layer 3 as an inner side layer, and a metal foil layer 4 arranged between these layers. The heat-resistant resin layer 2 is made of a heat-resistant resin film having a hot water shrinkage rate of 1.5% to 12% and the heat-resistant resin layer 2 and the metal foil layer 4 are adhered via an outer side adhesive layer 5. The adhesive layer 5 is formed by an urethane adhesive agent containing a polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and an aliphatic compound containing a plurality of functional groups capable of reacting with an isocyanate group in one molecule. With this, a packaging material can be provided in which excellent formability can be secured and delamination can be sufficiently suppressed without causing pinholes, etc., even when deep depth drawing is performed.

摘要: A laminated packaging material, an outer-layer adhesive, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The outer-layer adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive formed by a reaction between a polyol material and an isocyanate material. The polyol material is an eco-friendly polyester polyol derived from at least one of a recycled polyester material and a biomass raw material. The eco-friendly polyester polyol has a weight-average molecular weight of between 25,000 and 75,000, a number-average molecular weight of between 18,000 and 55,000, and a glass transition temperature of between −30° C. and 60° C. The isocyanate material includes a first isocyanate component that is an adduct formed by adding toluene diisocyanate (TDI) to a polyol having a functionality of between 2 and 4, and a second isocyanate component that is formed by adding isocyanate to a polyol having a long carbon chain and a functionality of between 2 and 4.

In an outer package material that is for electricity storage devices and has a structure in which at least a base material layer, a first adhesive layer, a metal foil layer, a second adhesive layer, and a sealant layer are stacked in sequence, a composition containing an isocyanato group and a (meth) acryloyl group and further containing an acid-modified polyolefin (component 1), an active energy ray polymerization initiator (component 3), and a solvent (component 4) is used as a composition for adhesives to form the second adhesive layer.

摘要: Provided is a radiative cooling device that is flexible, has increased weather resistance, and can be produced at a low cost. The radiative cooling device includes: an infrared radiative layer A having a radiative surface H for radiating infrared light IR; and a light reflective layer B on a side of the infrared radiative layer A, which is opposite to the radiative surface H. The infrared radiative layer A is a resin material layer J having a thickness adjusted so that the resin material layer emits heat radiation energy greater than absorbed solar energy in a wavelength range from 8 μm to 14 μm. The resin material layer J includes a vinyl chloride-based resin as a resin material in which a plasticizer is mixed. The plasticizer is any of phthalic acid esters, aliphatic dibasic acid esters, and phosphoric acid esters.
