    摘要： A packaging process includes the steps of receiving distinct clusters of products, orienting layered groups, moving the groups closer together, and inserting the bundle within a respective package. With the receiving step, the sum of the products of the clusters is equal to the number of products that can be accommodated in a layer of the final package. The products are mutually stacked so as to constitute respective layered groups that constitute a bundle. The layered groups that constitute a bundle are oriented according to the correct alignment required for its entry into the final package. The layered groups that constitute a bundle are moved closer to mutually contact the last product of one group with the first product of the contiguous group. Finally, the bundle constituted by the compacted layered groups, is inserted within a respective package.

    摘要： According to the invention a device and a method for portioning a flow of individual products is provided, said device and method having the following device features and method steps: at least one input-side conveying device for continuously supplying individual products in one plane; at least two output-side conveying devices for continuously discharging the products in one respective plane, wherein the planes which are respectively assigned to the output-side conveying devices are arranged substantially vertically above one another; wherein the input-side conveying device transfers the products to a first of the at least two output-side conveying devices during a first time period, continuously or in batches; wherein the input-side conveying device and/or the output-side conveying devices are able to be adjusted, in particular pivoted, in their position, such that the input-side conveying device transfers the products to a further conveying device of the at least two output-side conveying devices during a second time period which follows the first time period, continuously or in batches; and wherein the input-side conveying device and the output-side conveying devices, in particular as circulating conveyor belts, in each case comprise conveying means, in particular in the form of front and/or rear ends which are movable in the direction of conveyance, which cooperate so that during the phase of adjusting the position of the input-side conveying device and/or the output-side conveying devices, the products on the input-side conveying device may be supplied continuously and substantially at uniform spacings from one another.

    摘要： A product wrapping machine includes a feed mechanism by which products to be wrapped are directed on entry, in ordered succession, to a take-up station, a wrapping device including a first conveyor, rotatable continuously about a respective axis, a second conveyor rotatable intermittently about a respective axis, and a transfer device by which the products are gripped in succession at the take-up station and fed to the wrapping device. The first conveyor includes a plurality of carriers, mounted rotatably on it and equipped with gripper heads. Each carrier is associated with a respective motion-inducing device designed to move the carrier in such a way as to enable the carrier to interface and interact with a respective gripper element of the second conveyor.
