摘要:
The invention relates to a tray loading packaging machine that carries out a method for filling a multi-row packaging tray (Tray T) with piece-form products (P) at a high performance level, having the following steps: dividing up (100) a single-row stream (S1) of piece-form products (P) onto a plurality of lanes (SM; SM1, SM2, SM3) arranged substantially parallel to one another in order to convey the products (P) further; synchronizing (200) the individual streams of products (P) on the plurality or lanes (SM; SM1, SM2, SM3) with one another such that in each case one product (P) from one lane (SM1, SM2, SM3) can be transferred to the packaging tray (T) substantially at the same time as in each case one product (P) from the other lanes (SM1, SM2, SM3); and transferring (300) the produces (P) to the packaging tray (T), wherein in each case one product (P) from one lane (SM1, SM2, SM3) is transferred to one row of the packaging tray (T).

Apparatus and methods for inserting food products into packages are disclosed, and in particular apparatus and methods for inserting generally thin or planar food products from a stack of such food products into a package. A stacker assembly includes a pusher mechanism for advancing a bottommost food product or products from the stack toward an opening or edge disposed above a package so that the food product or products can fall into the package.

An apparatus for inserting individual piece goods (3) into containers (4) has a first conveyor (1) for feeding the individual piece goods (3), and a second conveyor (2) for feeding the containers (4), and at least one picker unit (5). At least one of the at least one picker units (5) inserts a number x of piece goods (3) from the first conveyor (1) into a container (4), the container (4) holding a number N>x of piece goods (3). The apparatus also has at least one separate transfer unit (U) for transferring the final N−x piece goods (3) into the container (4) holding N piece goods (3), at least one of the at least one picker units (5) transferring the N−x piece goods (3) from the first conveyor (1) into the transfer unit (U).

An apparatus is provided for the individual production of rigid containers that are open on one side, such as cones or cups, by inserting the containers into dimensionally stable individually produced sleeves which are matched to their external contour. The containers are transported through by a transport apparatus having a plurality of transport tracks lying beside one another under a discharge apparatus, which deposits the sleeves in the transport tracks. The discharge apparatus includes a support provided with discharge channels extending obliquely downward for the bar-shaped stacks of sleeves, a holding apparatus disposed downstream of the support, for the stacks of sleeves, and a transfer apparatus having a carriage which is provided with suction heads, can be moved back and forth above the transport tracks and draws the sleeves off the stacks of sleeves with its suction heads and deposits them on the transport tracks.

An apparatus and method for stacking and loading disc-like objects into receptacles is provided. The apparatus includes a lane combining conveyor which receives multiple lanes of product and combines one or more of the outer lanes into the remaining lanes. A stack former is provided for forming individual stacks of patties which are side supported onto rails. The rails can be pivoted down to divert patties for clearing jams. After the product is formed on the stack formers, a stack transfer mechanism transfers the stacks of products formed on the stack forming rails to the matrix former. Matrix former receives individual rows of multiple stacks from the stack transfer mechanism. A stripper mechanism is used to ensure that the stacks are not scrambled during this transfer. Once the matrix former is filled with product, a case rollover mechanism is rotated to the matrix former. Both the case and the matrix former are rotated back together to bring the case to the upright position and transfer the stacks into the case. The matrix former is then removed from the case with a vertical motion and rolled back into position to receive stacks from the stack transfer mechanism.

A cookie tray loading machine (5) constructed and arranged to divert a single file lane of cookies (12) moved along an infeed conveyor belt (9) into a plurality of separate and generally parallel lanes (34) of cookies, which are formed as rows (44) of cookies on a plurality of alignment belt assemblies (36) and spaced apart from each preceding row of cookies, each row of cookies being placed onto a tray loading conveyor belt (46) and moved toward a tray loading station (60) for placement directly into a packaging tray (62), is disclosed. The loading machine includes a sweep arm diverter assembly (20) having a sweep arm diverter (21) directly driven by a sweep arm servomotor (23), a first lane alignment arm assembly (26) and a second and opposed lane alignment arm assembly (30) for aligning the cookies into the separate lanes of cookies, and an alignment belt assembly (36) for each lane of cookies. Each alignment belt assembly includes an alignment belt cookie sensor (37), an alignment belt (38), and an alignment belt servomotor (40) for directly driving each alignment belt separately from the others. Each row of cookies formed on the cookie tray loading machine is placed by the tray loading conveyor belt directly into the packaging tray, the packaging tray being positioned on a packaging tray indexing conveyor (65) at the tray loading station. Thereafter, in response to the receipt of a row of cookies, the tray indexing conveyor carries the packaging tray a distance sufficient to allow for the next row of cookies to be placed directly into the packaging tray.

The invention relates to an automatic packing system including a station at which a serial stream of articles are placed into stacks (one on top of another) or groups and discharged into a transversely moving tray-type package, or the like. The system includes a conveyor belt for transporting the articles, one by one, while they lie in a horizontal plane. The articles are transferred by another conveyor to a station at the end of the conveyor where the articles are stopped by protruding pins, picked up by a vacuum holding device, transferred by lever mechanisms and carried to a loading station where the articles are dropped one upon another in a stacked manner until an appropriate group has accumulated. When the appropriate group has been accumulated, the bottom of the loading station opens to release the stacked group of articles to fall into its tray-type package, which is moved transversely under the loading station in synchrony with the accumulated articles so as to be directly under the group of dropped articles.
