摘要: In order to prevent a slice from being separated from each log during the last cut in the case of multiple portions produced in parallel, that is to say there is no unproductive cut in the last cut, as is required, for example, in EP 2942165 B1, the basic idea is to already provide an unproductive cut for at least one log during the first cut for the simultaneously produced portions, wherein a distinction must be made in the following procedure whether or not separately controllable portioning belts are present per lane and whether the portion lengths should be the same or not despite different numbers of slices.

摘要: A stack of products such as pouches are formed in a product bucket, pushed into a stack guide bucket and from there into a carton. A stack tamp descends over the stack, engages and confines it downwardly during stack pushing from product bucket and through stack guide bucket into a carton. Multiple product buckets, stack guide buckets and cartons move downstream during cartoning, and are respectively aligned in a cartoning station. Reciprocal containment blades hold the stack in respective cartons prior to flap closing.

摘要: A system and method for bundling wood includes a bin portion collecting logs that drop off a conveyor platform in a transverse orientation relative to a direction of travel. A first sensor detects each log as it drops, forming a stack, and a control module maintains a running count of the logs in the stack. A hatch automatically opens and simultaneously drops a stack of logs therethrough based on the running count, e.g., based on the running count equaling a preselected number. A second sensor above the bin portion measures a distance from the second sensor to the stack. The hatch automatically opens to drop the stack therethrough to a lower bin in response to the running count reaching the preselected number of logs and/or the distance reaching a predetermined distance. A third sensor positioned adjacent a lower hatch in the lower bin automatically closes the hatch when blocked by the stack.

摘要: Autonomously operated systems and methods of packing unbound folded laundry articles are described. A system of stacking a plurality of folded laundry articles onto a receiving surface includes two or more side-by-side parallel extendable surfaces configured to extend at least one of independently and simultaneously, at least one sensor configured to detect a presence of one or more folded laundry articles on at least one of the surfaces, and a controller in operative communication with at least one drive of the two or more surfaces and the at least one sensor. The controller is configured to extend a loading end of at least one of the surfaces out upon receiving a signal from the at least one sensor, and retract the loading end to deposit the one or more folded laundry articles atop at least one of the receiving surface and one or more previously deposited folded laundry articles.
