Abstract: A flexible container has a bag body and a sealing portion at the upper end of the bag body's sidewalls. The sealing portion includes a strip and a groove which are relatively arranged on the inner side of the sealing portion. The strip has a convex mushroom-shaped cross-section, and the groove has a concave mushroom-shaped cross-section. The strip and groove interlock by an interference snap fit connection. The ends of the strip and groove transition from the mushroom-shaped cross-section to a rectangular-shaped cross-section which also snap fit together. The mushroom-shaped cross-section in the middle portion of the strip and groove create a sealing portion that is easy to seal and difficult to open. To help open the sealing portion, tabs extend up from the bag body's sidewalls. There is a cross-sectional transition design near the end, and the transitional shape can increase the sealing force to optimize the anti-leak effect.

Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of a volume control storage bag and methods of making same. The volume control storage bag may have first and second sidewalls, a double-locking closure mechanism with a first closure element extending along the first sidewall and a second closure element extending along the second sidewall, each closure element having a channel and an elongated member configured for interlocking with one another. A gusset is sealed along three sides of the first and second sidewalls, leaving an opening through the closure mechanism and defining an interior space having a specific volume. Corner seals may be formed at the corners of the first and second sidewalls, further reinforcing the double-locking closure mechanism for an airtight and hence waterproof seal. The volume control storage bag may be made of a food-grade polyethylene vinyl acetate blend, approximately 90% or less ethylene vinyl acetate and approximately 10% or less polyethylene.

Abstract: A reclosable bag comprising a first wall and a second wall, a zipper, and a plurality of impressions. Abstract: A flexible storage bag defines an inner storage area within which is provided a flexible barrier. A user can select a first storage mode wherein the flexible barrier is positioned to one side such that only a single storage zone is available for storing products; or a dual storage mode wherein the barrier divides the storage area into first and second storage zones. The bag preferably includes an upper closure assembly having a loop extending therefrom to aid a user in sealing the bag, as well as potentially hanging the bag from a hook. The bag optionally includes a lower closure assembly on the flexible barrier for selectively sealing one of the multiple storage zones. Offset tabs may be provided to aid a user in opening the bag. In some embodiments, the bag includes a graphical image puzzle constituting multiple graphic images that combine to form a completed image.
