摘要: A method of inkjet printer operation identifies a problem with an inkjet printer using a comparison of an index for a printhead map identifying inoperative inkjets in a printhead with indexes for clusters of extracted feature descriptors corresponding to printhead maps for printheads having inoperative inkjets stored in a dictionary in a database operatively connected to a controller in the inkjet printer. The dictionary is developed using unsupervised cluster analysis of datasets comprised of printhead maps identifying inoperative inkjets in a plurality of printheads.

摘要: A mixer includes a shaft and an agitator coupled to the shaft. The shaft and the agitator are configured to rotate together to mix a liquid composition. The mixer also includes a sleeve positioned around the shaft. The sleeve forms a gap between the shaft and the sleeve. The sleeve is positioned in the liquid composition such that the liquid composition fills the gap up to the surface of the liquid composition in the gap to form a liquid seal between the shaft and the sleeve that minimizes an amount of air that penetrates into the liquid composition outside the gap during rotation of the shaft and the agitator.

摘要: The present exemplary embodiment discloses a method and system for utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to selecting an optimal conversion driver to convert a document into a printable form. The methods include receiving at least one user print request and at least one user submitted file associated with the user request, optimizing the conversion of a file by executing, by at least one computer processor, determining that format conversion is necessary for the file, identifying least one of a plurality of file conversion drivers as optimal for converting the file, causing the optimal file conversion driver to convert the file into a printer readable format, and printing the converted file. The conversion drivers may be selected from remote or local conversion engines. The machine learning employs artificial intelligence to select the optimal conversion path by analyzing the properties of the document submitted for conversion.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a hybrid conductive ink including: silver nanoparticles and eutectic low melting point alloy particles, wherein a weight ratio of the eutectic low melting point alloy particles and the silver nanoparticles ranges from 1:20 to 1:5. Also provided herein are methods of forming an interconnect including a) depositing a hybrid conductive ink on a conductive element positioned on a substrate, wherein the hybrid conductive ink comprises silver nanoparticles and eutectic low melting point alloy particles, the eutectic low melting point alloy particles and the silver nanoparticles being in a weight ratio from about 1:20 to about 1:5; b) placing an electronic component onto the hybrid conductive ink; c) heating the substrate, conductive element, hybrid conductive ink and electronic component to a temperature sufficient i) to anneal the silver nanoparticles in the hybrid conductive ink and ii) to melt the low melting point eutectic alloy particles, wherein the melted low melting point eutectic alloy flows to occupy spaces between the annealed silver nanoparticles, d) allowing the melted low melting point eutectic alloy of the hybrid conductive ink to harden and fuse to the electronic component and the conductive element, thereby forming an interconnect. Electrical circuits including conductive traces and, optionally, interconnects formed with the hybrid conductive ink are also provided.

摘要: A removable raised tray system for a printing system generally includes a removable tray operatively arranged to receive print media thereon. The removable tray includes an upper tray surface having an electrically conductive material, a lower tray surface, and at least one tray leg that is connected to the removable tray, which is configured to support the removable tray at a position that is raised relative to a platform surface of a printer feeder or stacker. The at least one leg includes a releasable fastening assembly, such as a rare earth magnet, that releasably secures the removable tray to the platform surface thereby allowing the tray to easily attached and removed from the printer feeder or stacker. The electrically conductive material of the tray surface and the platform surface are electrically conductively connected to one another so as to prevent the build-up of static electricity.

摘要: Devices include first and second frame elements having mounting points connectable to opposite ends (e.g., first end, second end) of the touchscreen. First and second rollers are connected, respectively, to the first and second frame elements. A web of transparent material is supported by and between the first and second rollers. Further, an ultraviolet light device is connected to the second frame element and is positioned to expose the web of transparent material to ultraviolet radiation to disinfect the transparent material between users.
