摘要： FDisclosed herein are compositions including a thermoformable sheet having three of more layers. Two layers include one or more monovinylidene aromatic monomer containing polymers which are impact modified by a rubber, one or more monovinylidene aromatic monomer and unsaturated nitrile containing copolymers, or a blend of one or more monovinylidene aromatic monomer containing polymers and a polyolefin, which exhibit resistance to environmental stress cracking. At least one of the two layers is an outer layer. An inner layer includes post-consumer recycled monovinylidene aromatic monomer containing polymers which are impact modified by a rubber, post-industrial recycled monovinylidene aromatic monomer containing polymers which are impact modified by a rubber. Optionally, the composition may include virgin monovinylidene aromatic monomer containing polymers which are impact modified by a rubber. Optionally, the composition may include an outer layer which is a gloss layer.

摘要： A ventilated molded seat trim cover for a vehicle seat and a ventilated vehicle seat having a ventilated molded seat trim cover, comprising a stacked assembly of an upper textile layer, a first adhesive layer, an air permeable polyurethane cellular foam interlayer thermo-moldable at temperatures between about 104° C. and about 127° C., a second adhesive layer, a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film, a third adhesive layer, and a scrim backing layer. The stacked assembly is compression molded in a 3-dimensional mold while at least a portion of the foam interlayer is heated to a temperature between about 104° C. and about 127° C. to form the ventilated molded seat trim cover. The TPU film prevents airflow passing through a bottom surface of the seat trim cover. Airflow in the foam interlayer can pass through the upper textile layer.

摘要： A method of manufacturing feather-filled items of clothing includes the following steps: preparing at least one mold provided with first concavities of shape substantially complementary to a respective padded cambered region of at least one portion of the item of clothing to be obtained; and associating a first sheet of deformable material with the mold. The method further includes deforming the first sheet against the mold so as to obtain, on the first sheet, second concavities that substantially correspond to the first concavities of the mold. Then, each second concavity of the first sheet is filled with down, and a second sheet is anchored to the first sheet. The semi-finished product is removed from the mold.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a fracturable thermoformable packaging sheet comprising at least one thermoplastic layer having a thickness of between 10 mil and 50 mil which is composed of a polymer matrix of between 35% (wt.) to 77.5% (wt.) relative to the total weight of the thermoplastic layer of a substantially amorphous aromatic polyester. Incorporated into this polymer matrix of the at least one thermoplastic layer is an inorganic filler which is present in an amount of between 22% (wt.) to 50% (wt.) relative to the total weight of the thermoplastic layer. The inorganic filler is encased in a carrier resin which is present in an amount of between 0.5% (wt.) to 15% (wt.) relative to the total weight of the thermoplastic layer. The fracturable thermoformable packaging sheet of the present invention may be used to form thermoformed packages having a single product cavity with a snap-open tab or covering and multi-pack type packages having multiple single-serve product cavities where each individual cavities can be easily separated from each other by simply breaking the flange connecting two or more cavities. Each of these packages may optionally include a partial cut and/or crease Sine extending across a portion of the package to facilitate the snapping apart of the two sections of the package.
