摘要: A shell includes an insulating layer provided at an outer surface of the shell and including a repair part formed of a curable material and having a shape of a mushroom. The repair part includes an upper part having a shape of a cover of the mushroom and a lower part having a shape of a stem of the mushroom. The lower part is embedded in the insulating layer, the upper part protrudes from the insulating layer, and a lower surface of the upper part covers at least a portion of an upper surface of the insulating layer. In a cross section of the repair part perpendicular to a surface of the insulating layer, a longest dimension of the upper part is greater than or equal to a sum of a width of the lower part and a creepage distance of a battery.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a pouch for a secondary battery, in which an accommodating portion for accommodating an electrode assembly is formed in a pouch film including an inner layer and an outer layer, is provided. The method includes forming an inner reinforcing layer on one surface of the inner layer, and stretching the pouch film by pressing the inner layer and the inner reinforcing layer, and the inner reinforcing layer includes at least one of polymers included in the inner layer. According to the pouch manufacturing method, a pouch for a secondary battery having excellent insulation resistance characteristics and substantially mitigating corrosion during a battery driving process may be provided with excellent productivity.

摘要: A bipolar storage battery that can prevent outward leakage of an electrolytic solution and reduction of mechanical strength by strongly joining plates each holding a cell member, thereby ensuring hermeticity of the inside of a cell and the mechanical strength, and also making the bipolar storage battery compact while reducing the number of components. The bipolar storage battery includes an internal frame unit including a bipolar plate in which a positive pole is provided on one surface and a negative pole is provided on an other surface, and an internal rim is provided in an outer edge of the bipolar plate. A plurality of the internal frame units are stacked and adjacent internal rims are welded to each other. A ratio of a width of the internal rim to a depth of welding between the rims is between 2.7 times and 16.0 times, inclusive.

摘要: The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced aerogel material which can be used as insulation in thermal battery applications. The fiber-reinforced aerogel material is highly durable, flexible, and has a thermal performance that exceeds the insulation materials currently used in thermal battery applications. The fiber-reinforced aerogel insulation material can be as thin as 1 mm less, and can have a thickness variation as low as 2% or less. Also provided is a method for improving the performance of a thermal battery by incorporating a reinforced aerogel material into the thermal battery. Further provided is a casting method for producing thin fiber-reinforced aerogel materials.

摘要: The present invention provides a nickel-plated heat-treated steel sheet for a battery can (1), having a nickel layer with a nickel amount of 4.4 to 26.7 g/m2 on a steel sheet (11), wherein when the Fe intensity and the Ni intensity are continuously measured along the depth direction from the surface of the nickel-plated heat-treated steel sheet for a battery can, by using a high frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometric analyzer, the difference (D2-D1) between the depth (D1) at which the Fe intensity exhibits a first predetermined value and the depth (D2) at which the Ni intensity exhibits a second predetermined value is less than 0.04 μm.
