The tear lines weaken the web material without causing a complete separation of the web sections from the web material. The web sections are separable from the web material by being torn off along the tear lines. Cuts are formed in the woven fabric along transverse sections of each tear line, the transverse sections running essentially transversely to the longitudinal extension of the web material, which cuts are spaced apart from each other and are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the web material or transversely to the transverse section of the tear line, with the cuts being connected to only one transverse section of the tear line.

摘要： The present invention provides a mesh sheet and a container bag which, when formed into a three-dimensional shape with a curved surface, have the ability to retain and recover said shape, and which are less prone to wrinkling, and the like. Warp threads 1a and weft threads 1b are formed by arranging first fibers 2 which comprise a single component and second fibers 3 which have at least a double-layer structure of a core portion and a sheath portion covering the surface of the core portion and in which the melting point of the component forming the sheath portion is at least 20° C. lower than whichever is lower from among the melting point of the component forming the core portion and the melting point of the first fibers 2. At least the second fibers 3 are provided to both the warp threads 1a and the weft threads 1b, and the interlacing sections of the second fibers 3 constituting the warp threads 1a and the second fibers 3 constituting the weft threads 1b are thermally bonded. The percentage of thermally bonded interlacing sections of second fibers 3, 3 among all of the interlacing sections of the warp threads 1a and the weft threads 1b is 10% to 45%.

摘要： A soft transfer case for contaminated material is provided. The transfer case includes a film-laminated, woven textile exterior layer as a pouch. The cylinder is capable of being clamped at each end of the cylinder. An open end elastomeric bladder for containing the contaminated material is contained by the exterior layer. The bladder includes a seam to seal the open end with the material contained therein. Upon pressurization of the bladder, the exterior layer expands and a restraining force is generated between the textile layer and the clamps. A variant of the soft transfer case provides soft end terminations formed by fold-over regions at fold lines in the exterior layer. The exterior layer is fitted with matching locking straps affixed along a longitudinal exterior. The locking straps mechanically lock together. Lifting handles are also affixed to the exterior strength layer to ease transport of the transfer case.

摘要： A method of making a flame resistant airbag suitable for use in aviation applications is discussed. A flame resistant fabric for the use in the construction of aviation airbags is woven from a high tenacity continuous polyester fiber substrate. A polyurethane coating is applied to the woven fabric, which has been treated with a flame retardant, to impart high pressure permeability resistance to the flame resistant fabric. The resulting fabric complies with Federal Aviation Requirement 25.853 as well as exhibits sufficient high pressure permeability resistance which is measured as a pressure of not less than about 198 kPa after five seconds from an initial inflation and pressurization to about 200 kPa, such as may be encountered in and during an inflation of aviation airbag assemblies.
