Abstract: A paper fragrance capsule with breathable film, includes a paper container, a fragrance carrier filled with a fragrance substance and placed in the paper container, a breathable film peripherally combined with an opening extension of the paper container and a paper sealing cover combined with the opening extension and covering the paper container. The breathable film is formed by combing a microporous film with a tensile fixing layer, which can fix the heated microporous film and limiting the deformation of the microporous film. When using the fragrance capsule, you can remove the paper sealing cover smoothly first, and then place the fragrance capsule in the aroma diffuser to heat to generate aroma. After use, the paper fragrance capsule can be discarded and decomposed or recycled. It is more environmentally friendly to use.

Abstract: Cup made of paper material having a fillable interior space formed by a shell and a base. The base via a skirt at the lower end of the interior space is fastened in a substantially liquid-tight manner to the shell, and a lower periphery of the skirt forms a footprint for the cup. The cup has an external shell composed of a planar blank of paper or paper-like material. Longitudinal edges of the blank are connected to one another in an overlap region so that the external shell forms a sleeve. The external shell has a frustoconical shape having a first cone angle and, except for the overlap region, from the predefined spacing to the lower end is configured in a single ply. The shell, from the predefined spacing to the lower end, at least in portions tapers more heavily than in the region above the predefined spacing.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a paperboard bottle and spiral-wound paperboard bottle. The bottle has a tubular body portion, a shoulder and neck portion having a circular cross-section narrowing from the body portion to a circular mouth. Rotating the mandrel to wind the blank spirally onto the mandrel, so that the longitudinal edges overlap applying heat-sealing energy and pressure, onto the overlapping longitudinal edges to form a bottle with hermetically sealed spiral seam and removing the mandrel from inside the bottle.

Abstract: A composite container having a paperboard hollow body with top and bottom open ends. The body is formed by a sidewall with inner and outer surfaces. The composite container includes a body liner extending peripherally about the inner surface of the body and a base connectable to the bottom open end of the hollow body. The base includes a sidewall sized and shaped to fit snugly within the bottom open end of the body. The sidewall is permanently coupled to a bottom portion of the liner. The composite container also includes a collar connectable to the top open end of the hollow body. The collar has a peripheral portion that abuts the top open end and an inner circumferential flange sized and shaped to fit snugly within the top open end of the body. The inner circumferential flange is permanently coupled to a top portion of the liner. The peripheral portion has regions of weakened strength so that the section of the peripheral portion that abuts the top open end can be removed, thereby allowing a user to rapidly remove the coupled collar, liner and base from the hollow body.

Abstract: A wound package construct includes a first wound strip of package material that establishes an inner liner layer, a second wound strip of material that establishes an intermediate bodystock layer, and a third wound strip of material or cover strip that covers a seam formed by the wound bodystock layer but that does not cover all of the outer surface area of the wound bodystock layer. Therefore, the width of the cover strip is less than the width of the bodystock strip. As a result, the cover strip is not wide enough to cover the entire outer surface of the wound bodystock layer such that, after the cover strip is wrapped to cover the spiral bodystock seam, areas of the bodystock layer remain exposed between the two opposed length-wise edges of the cover strip.
