There is provided a pressure sensitive adhesive comprising a polymer obtained by polymerizing 100 mass parts of a monomer mixture comprising: a monomer component 1 comprising an acrylate mixture selected from an aliphatic alkyl(meth)acrylate having a carbon number of 4-6 and an aliphatic alkyl(meth)acrylate having a carbon number of 7-12; a monomer component 2 comprising an amide group-containing vinyl monomer; a monomer component 3 comprising an ester of a non-tertiary aromatic alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid, or an ester of a non-tertiary alicyclic alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid; and a monomer component 4 comprising (meth)acrylic acid.

摘要： Loop backed carpet tiles and methods of producing a carpet tile having a loop backing are provided. In one embodiment, the method includes applying a precoat adhesive, such as a latex, to the base of a carpet substrate; curing the precoat adhesive onto the carpet substrate; applying a lamination adhesive, which may be an ethyl vinyl acetate or a styrene-acrylate adhesive, onto the precoated carpet substrate, the lamination adhesive having an activation temperature at which the lamination adhesive is operable for lamination; and applying and laminating a backing fabric comprising loops to the precoated carpet substrate via the lamination adhesive after the lamination adhesive applied to the precoated carpet substrate is heated to the activation temperature.

The binding yarn is a thermoplastic resin fiber erected between the surface fabric and the back fabric to form a gap between the surface fabric and the back fabric. The foam layer and the surface fabric are joined. An interior material includes the skin material and a base material to which the skin material is attached. A method for producing the skin material includes joining the surface layer and the base cloth layer via a foamable adhesive to serve as the foam layer.

Also disclosed is a method for producing a composite system of this kind, and the specific use of the tape (B).
