摘要: Described is a process of producing a multilayer lignocellulosic composite comprising one or more lignocellulosic composite layers or a single-layer lignocellulosic composite, wherein a high-frequency electrical field is applied and wherein a binder comprising for hardening the binder via esterification at least one, two or more compounds having two or more hydroxy groups and additionally one, two or more compounds having two or more carboxyl groups is provided or prepared. Furthermore described is a lignocellulosic com-posite, which is preparable according to said process, a construction product comprising such lignocellulosic composite and the use of such lignocellulosic composite as a building element in a construction product. Moreover is described a binder for producing a lignocellulosic composite.

In order to provide a binder composition and a method for manufacturing such a wood-based material as well as such a wood-based material, in which the speed of curing of isocyanate binders can be controlled in a targeted manner and, in particular, accelerated, whereby the curing temperature can be lowered on the one hand and, on the other hand, can be kept within a predetermined temperature interval, so that a start of curing can be controlled whereby a safe, fast and cost-effective manufacturing process is made possible without a reduction in product quality, it is provided that the binder composition according to the invention for manufacturing a wood-based material has an organic phase having at least one isocyanate binder, an aqueous phase and also a phase transfer catalyst for accelerating the curing of the isocyanate binder.

The bamboo chip integrated material is formed by a plurality of lengthened bamboo chips which are glued and overlaid; each lengthened bamboo chip is formed by a plurality of bamboo chip units which sequentially and continuously mesh and are butted; sharp teeth and grooves are formed in the two ends in the length direction of the bamboo chip units, wherein the sharp tooth of each bamboo chip unit and the groove of the corresponding bamboo sheet unit are matched to form a meshing butt-joint part, and the meshing butt-joint parts of the adjacent lengthened bamboo chips are arranged in a staggered mode; and each bamboo chip unit has a thickness of 4-12 mm and a width of 15-50 mm.

Subsequently, a flame retardant and/or strengthening agent is applied to the top side of the fiberboard. The agent applied is sucked or pressed into the fiberboard. This is achieved by generating a pressure difference between the top side and bottom side of the fiberboard.

摘要: Wood-fiber insulation board is pressed to a uniform thickness and continuously advanced in a horizontal travel direction on a conveyor prior to subdivision into individual panels. The strength of the wood-fiber insulation board is determined by first pressing with an actuator a contact element downward at an actual pressure on a subregion of the advancing wood-fiber insulation board so as produce an actual deformation of the wood-fiber insulation board of between 1% to 7% of its thickness. Then a force sensor determines the actual pressure applied by the contact element to the board that produces the actual deformation and this the determined pressure and the actual deformation are transmitted to a central processor that extrapolates to a standardized deformation based on the determined pressure and actual deformation.

摘要: A lignocellulosic composite article includes a plurality of lignocellulosic pieces and an adhesive system disposed on the plurality of lignocellulosic pieces for bonding the plurality of lignocellulosic pieces. The adhesive system includes a binder component and a compatibilizer component. An example of a suitable binder component is an isocyanate component, e.g. a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (pMDI), and combinations thereof. The compatibilizer component includes a trialkyl phosphate. The compatibilizer component is utilized in an amount of at least about 0.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the binder component. The compatibilizer component is useful for reducing the amount of press time required during manufacture of the composite article. The adhesive system can include additional components, such as an isocyanate-reactive component. The composite article may be various lignocellulosic composites, such as oriented strand board (OSB), particleboard (PB), fiberboard (e.g. medium density fiberboard; MDF), etc.
