摘要: A light diffusion plate is configured to be assembled with a blue light source module having blue Mini LEDs to form a white light backlight module. The light diffusion plate is added with organic dyes with light-emission wavelength of 490-650 nm in order to convert the blue light into white light. The light diffusion plate is made by a foaming extrusion process and contains a plurality of micro-bubbles with a size of 60-400 μm and a weight-reduction ratio of 15-25% for improving the uniformity of white light and resolving the MURA problem. The size of micro-bubbles is controlled by reducing the temperature of at the exit end of the T-die head, such that the wavelength of the white light emitted from the light diffusion plate can be narrower to achieve the effect of wider color gamut display.

摘要: The multilayer foam sheet includes a polyethylene resin foam layer and a resin layer laminated on at least one of the two surfaces of the foam layer. The resin layer has a multilayer structure formed from a surface layer and an intermediate layer. Both the surface layer and the intermediate layer contain a polyethylene resin and a polymeric antistatic agent. The polymeric antistatic agent is contained in the intermediate layer at a proportion of 30-70 wt % (inclusive). The polymeric antistatic agent is contained in the surface layer at a proportion of at least 5 wt % to less than 30 wt %.

摘要: An extruding system includes a melting unit configured to convey a polymeric material, a mixing unit configured to mix the polymeric material with a blowing agent to form a mixture, an injection unit configured to inject the mixture, a first flow control element disposed between the melting unit and the mixing unit, and a second flow control element disposed between the mixing unit and the injection unit. A method of extruding includes conveying a polymeric material from a melting unit to a mixing unit, conveying a blowing agent into the mixing unit, mixing the polymeric material with the blowing agent to form a mixture, conveying the mixture from the mixing unit to an injection unit, and discharging the mixture from the injection unit, wherein flow of the polymeric material is controlled by a first flow control element, and flow of the mixture is controlled by a second flow control element.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a continuous process for producing a foamable celluloid product by introducing a solid component (comprising nitrocellulose, chemical blowing agent (CBA), stabilizer and alcohol) and a liquid component (comprising camphor and acetone) into a mixer/devolatilizer machine where the chamber is under atmospheric pressure and having significant overhead space. The chamber is comprised of two zones wherein the first zone has a temperature that is less than the second zone and at least one rotor comprising hollow, temperature-controlled arms having a tilted angle affixed to the rotors. The rotors of the mixer/devolatilizer machine act to mix the solid and liquid components under lower shearing forces, lower mechanical stress and longer residence times than those used by twin-screw extruders.

The at least one hollow chamber of the WPC extrusion profile is completely filled up with a foam, in particular a closed-pore foam. The foam includes or consists of a plastic material of the same type of plastic as the matrix of the WPC material. The foaming is effected by using a physically acting blowing agent, in particular CO2, wherein the density of the foam is less than 0.4 g/cm3 and the average cell size of the foam has a mean diameter of less than 0.4 mm.

摘要: Thermal insulation structures include a polymer foam layer adhered to a multi-layer sheet having a non-cellular layer of a heat-resistant thermoplastic and a second non-cellular layer of a polylactide resin. The polylactide resin is a surprisingly good barrier to the diffusion of atmospheric gases into the foam layer and of blowing agents out of the foam layer. Accordingly, the diffusion of atmospheric gases and blowing agents is retarded substantially. This greatly reduces the loss of thermal insulation capacity of the structure due to the replacement of the blowing agent with atmospheric gases. The multi- layer sheet exhibits excellent thermal stability, even when the polylactide in the polylactide layer is highly amorphous.
