    wherein the rotating die (3) is rotatable about an axis extending across the production direction (Y) and arranged to allow the outer circumferential surface (4) to, while the rotating die (3) rotates, exert a pressure onto a surface of the material when fed through the profile definition zone (7).

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a decorative wall- or floor panel, having the method steps: • a) providing a melted polymer mass; • b) extruding the molten polymer mass through a nozzle; • c) finish-sizing the molten polymer mass to form a panel-like carrier material by means of an assembly of multiple rotatable rolls, wherein the individual rolls are disposed one above the other or one behind the other and each individual roll forms at least one finish-sizing nip with neighbouring rolls, through which nip the melted polymer mass is passed, and wherein the finishing nip heights can be variably adjusted by a horizontal and/or vertical movement of individual rolls during the production process; • d) applying a decor pattern that imitates a decor template to at least one sub-region of the at least partly finish-sized carrier material, and • e) applying a protective coating to at least one sub-region of the decor.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a tire tread includes extruding a rubber strip and conveying the rubber strip through an opening of a roller die. The opening is defined by an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die and lower die contact the rubber strip and define a cross-section of the rubber strip as the rubber strip is conveyed through the opening. The method also includes adjusting a distance between the upper die and the lower die as the rubber strip is conveyed through the opening. The method further includes applying the rubber strip from the roller die onto a receptacle that rotates about a receptacle axis. The method also includes translating the roller die in a first direction parallel to the receptacle axis while applying the rubber strip, thereby forming a spiral of the rubber strip about the receptacle.

    摘要: Provided is a molding hook and loop fastener, in which a barrier erected near left and right side edges of a substrate includes at least two rows of vertical wall arrays, and the vertical wall array positioned on the outermost side includes a plurality of gaps provided at a predetermined pitch in a length direction. At least two of the gaps are provided on the vertical wall array positioned on the outermost side with respect to a region between the engaging elements adjacent in the length direction of the substrate. Due to this, in the molding hook and loop fastener, an outer side and an inner side of the barrier can be divided by the vertical wall array, and flexibility of the molding hook and loop fastener can be improved.
