    摘要: The invention relates to manufacturing method for components of a fuel cell stack from a mixture of plastic and at least one electrically conductive filler by means of a double belt press (1, 14). The manufacturing method according to the invention is characterized in that an uncured or incompletely cured strip-shaped blank (2) comprising the mixture is fed into an isochoric double belt press (1) having individual segments (4), wherein each of the individual segments (4) has a shaping structure for shaping the blank into the component as the blank passes through the double belt press (1), wherein the individual segments (4) on the two belts (3) of the double belt press (1) position themselves relative to one another during the pressing process by means of corresponding locking elements (13). The invention further relates to a manufacturing method for bipolar plates (5) and/or interface plates, the halves of which are manufactured according to the above method and are bonded to one another in an isobaric double belt press (14).

    摘要: A resin multilayer substrate includes a stacked body provided by stacking and thermocompression bonding resin layers, a first conductor pattern inside the stacked body, and a first protective coating covering at least a first surface and a side surface of the first conductor pattern. The resin layers are made of a first thermoplastic resin, and the first protective coating is made of a second thermoplastic resin. Both of the first and second thermoplastic resins soften at a predetermined press temperature or less. The second thermoplastic resin has a storage modulus lower than a storage modulus of the first thermoplastic resin at a temperature equal to or less than the predetermined press temperature and equal to or more than room temperature.

    摘要: A method of molding resin on a flexible substrate includes forming discrete regions of resin and forcing resin of at least some of the regions into molding cavities to form a respective array of resin projections extending from a resin base of the regions. Forming the discrete regions of resin includes depositing molten resin directly onto either the substrate or a surface in which the cavities are defined. The resin is deposited as the substrate moves in a processing direction, and the resin is deposited by resin sources spaced from each other along the processing direction.

    摘要: Discrete male touch fastener elements are molded of thermoplastic resin extending from a common, flexible base sheet, by introducing molten resin to a molding nip between two counter-rotating rolls consisting of a mold roll and a pressure roll arranged such that their rotation axes are parallel and together define a common plane containing each of the rotation axes. Solidified resin is stripped from molding cavities of the mold roll after the cavities have passed a rotating reaction roll forming a pressure nip with the mold roll. The reaction roll is spaced from the pressure roll by a distance less than an outer diameter of the mold roll, and the mold roll is simultaneously held against both the pressure roll and the reaction roll in a non-planar roll stack.
