摘要： Described are liners for bulk containers such as intermediate bulk containers (IBC) that are abuse-resistant and barrier-providing. The liners are recyclable. The liners have at least one sidewall that is multi-plied and the plies are multi-layered. The liners are preferably metal-free and nylon-free. An outer ply comprises at least one discrete polypropylene-based film layer. Addition of polypropylene α-olefin to sealant and/or polypropylene-based film layers also improves performance. Methods of making and using the liners are also provided.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to multilayer silo bags that may include a tube comprising at least two layers, a first open end, a second open end, and a first region and a second region disposed between the first and second end. One or more of the at least three layers may comprise an ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer having a density of 0.90 g/cc to 0.965 g/cc and an I2 of 0.1 to 6.0 g/10 minutes, a low density ethylene-based polymer having a density of 0.917 g/cc to 0.935 g/cc and an I2 of 0.1 to 2.0 g/10 minutes, or combinations thereof. The first region may have a thickness of at least 10% greater than a thickness of the second region. The first region may have a surface area that is at least 50% of an overall surface area of the multilayer silo bag.

摘要： A variety of plates for footwear are provided including a polyolefin resin. Sole structures and articles of footwear formed therefrom are also provided. Methods of making the polyolefin resin compositions, plates, sole structures, and articles of footwear are also provided. In some aspects, the polyolefin resin composition includes an effective amount of a polymeric resin modifier. The effective amount can be an amount effective to allow the resin composition to pass a flex test, and in particular to pass a flex test without significant change in abrasion loss. In some aspects, the resin composition also includes a clarifying agent to improve optical clarity of the plate. In some aspects, the plates include a textile disposed on one or both of a first side and the second side of the plate. The textile can provide for improved bonding of the plate to other components such as a chassis or an upper.

摘要： Recyclable films having a first layer containing a polyethylene, a second layer containing a high-density polyethylene and a hydrocarbon resin, and a third layer containing a polyethylene may be used for thermoforming packaging components. Both the first and third layers have an overall density between about 0.92 g/cm3 and 0.97 g/cm3. The film structure is advantageous as it can be more easily thermoformed than traditional high-density polyethylene films and can maintain the shape taken during thermoforming, exhibiting minimal warping or shrinking.

Additionally, a multilayer cast film utilizing a cast film component layer prepared from a Ziegler-Natta catalyzed ethylene and alpha-olefin copolymer is disclosed, wherein the cast film component layer has a cling force of at least 200 grams-force per inch width at 200% pre-stretch, a slow puncture resistance of greater than 50 J/mm, and a TD tear strength of greater than 450 g/mil, with no cling additives present in the cast film component layer.
