摘要: A Corrosion Inhibiting Sprayable Thermoplastic (“CIST”) cover is formed by spraying melted CIST onto a mold, allowing the CIST to cure, removing the cured cover from the mold using a series of cuts if necessary, positioning the cover on a mechanical assembly whose shape is significantly identical to the mold, and fusing the cuts on the cover using heat to reform the cover on the mechanical assembly.

摘要: This invention relates to a water-soluble film (WSF) system with embedded/entrapped water-soluble films (WSF). More particularly, the invention relates to a WSF system with actives embedded/entrapped therein such as to provide precise and desired release of actives there from and its method of manufacturing for diverse applications, in which a variety of substances such as detergents, enzymes, softeners, perfumes, pesticides, fungicides, active ingredients, dyes, pigments, hazardous chemicals, active agents for cleaning laundry, dishes, floorings, walls, furniture, fluffs, pulp, etc., and the like can be so embedded/entrapped for such purpose. The invention further discloses novel online and offline process for the manufacture of such multi-layered WSF with or without liners and of desired shapes to selectively entrap interacting/non-interacting materials and their combinations. The process also provides options for the use of a wide range of raw materials, liners such as paper, film, foil, fabric, etc.

摘要: A high temperature resistant polyimide film and its preparation method. The present invention relates to a polyimide film and its preparation method and solves the problems of honeycomb's and skin panel's core adhesive-polyimide film with insufficient heat resistance, no climbing of bonding core structure and adhesive fillet formation. The high temperature resistant polyimide film is made by polyimide solution, inorganic filler modifier and interface coupling agent by the steps of: under specific temperature and stirring conditions, adding inorganic filler modifier and interface coupling agent to polyimide solution, stirring to obtain the adhesive agent; filtering and degassing the adhesive agent, casting to a stainless steel drum with carrier cloth and release paper to obtain a self-supporting film; then heating and annealing to obtain the final polyimide film. The present invention is applied to high temperature resistant polyimide film and its preparation method.

摘要: Disclosed are methods and systems for dispersing nanoparticles into a matrix. Disclosed is a system and method for coating a carrier film with a resin, spraying the resin with a suspended nanoparticle solution, and then transferring the resin-nanoparticle matrix to a collection vessel for dispensing for end use. Also, suspended nanoparticle solution is sprayed onto carrier film, the film is dried, a fabric layer is coated with resin layer, and nanoparticles are then transferred into the fabric resin layer to create a nanoparticle-infused fabric matrix. Fabric layers can also be coated with resin and sprayed with nanoparticles. Also disclosed is a system and method for coating a first carrier film with nanoparticles, coating a second carrier film with resin, and transferring nanoparticles from first carrier into the resin layer on the second carrier to create a nanoparticle infused resin material that can be collected and dispensed for end use.

摘要: A mold for casting solidifiable materials and method of fabricating a continuous belt from molded sections is disclosed. In the mold, a plurality of apertures are provided in a special pattern, each of which is adapted to receive a core member. The core members are easily removable. Removable end plates are provided which enable the pattern to be continued to the very edge of the mold. A continuous belt mold is fabricated by butting and connecting edges of molded sections.
