摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of a sealing gasket for a refrigerator, which simultaneously uses at least three extruders to form in a single operation a sealing gasket. The extruders simultaneously feed, in an extrusion die, a rigid or semi-rigid polymer, a flexible polymer and a mixture of a binder polymer and a magnetic material, for simultaneously forming the sealing gasket and, wherein a magnetizable zone is fully embedded within the gasket. After the sealing gasket has been formed in the extrusion die, it is cooled in a cooling section and then passed to a magnetization step to cause permanent magnetic fields and to ensure that the sealing gasket is fully magnetized.

摘要: A systematic approach to producing multi-dimensional photon images on a computer platform having applications to a plurality of input image(s) from various sources, and applications to coordinate and adjust numerous variables which determine the quality of the image, such as the size of the imported images, the output image size, the resolving power of the viewing screen and the width of the resolving elements, the dots per inch of the output device (or pixels per inch), the desired nearest object, the desired furthest object and the determination of the central or the “key subject”, rules of interphasing, the number of frames or layers, the minimum parallax, and the maximum parallax, and, thus, provide a digital multi-dimensional image without jumping images or fuzzy features or other visual distortions by creating high quality output images both in the form of a printed hardcopy or as a viewed image on an appropriate viewing device. The digital multi-dimensional image platform based system controls the position and path of light from the original object to the human visual system.

摘要: A method for making an expanded, and optionally multi-component and/or colored PTFE monofilament is disclosed. The method includes forming a first paste by mixing a PTFE powder with a hydrocarbon solvent; forming an extrusion preform by pressing the first paste into a form; curing the extrusion preform by exposing the extrusion preform to a first temperature for a first time duration; forming a green monofilament by extruding the first paste through a die; expanding the green monofilament by exposing the green monofilament to a second temperature for a second time duration, the second time duration occurring after the first time duration; stretching the green monofilament substantially along a longitudinal axis of the green monofilament, the stretching the green monofilament occurring after the expanding the green monofilament; and sintering the green monofilament after the stretching the green monofilament. The method may include doing all or some of the expanding, stretching and sintering steps simultaneously.

摘要: A multi-layer film having excellent surface hardness and transparency, a small heat shrinkage factor and such high brittleness that it is easily trimmed after decorative molding. The multi-layer film comprises a layer (layer A) which contains a polycarbonate resin having a viscosity average molecular weight of 13,000 or more to less than 20,000 and layers (layer B-1 and layer B-2) which contain an acrylic resin and are formed on both sides of the layer A, respectively, wherein the total thickness of the multi-layer film is 50 to 200 μm, and the thickness of the layer A accounts for 5 to 30 $ of the total thickness.

The primary blow molding step cools a first intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article that follows a neck using a first primary temperature control section, and the shrinkage step shrinks a second intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article of which the temperature is controlled by a second primary temperature control section.

Using various extrusion processes to form an extruded expandable barrier allows for a reduction in tooling costs while also allowing more flexible barrier designs. Such designs can be specifically tailored for a particular cavity or cavities to ensure that the barrier fills the cavity after expansion. In addition, design changes can occur with little to no tooling changes.
