摘要: A method of manufacturing an all-solid-state battery and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided. The method of manufacturing the all-solid-state battery includes: (a) a step of forming a non-woven fabric having a fiber made of a resin; (b) a step of applying a slurry containing solid electrolyte particles onto the non-woven fabric; (c) a step of drying the slurry on the non-woven fabric by a heater; (d) a step of pressurizing the slurry on the non-woven fabric by a roller; (e) a step of forming a positive electrode member on one surface of the solid electrolyte membrane; and (f) a step of forming a negative electrode member on the other surface of the solid electrolyte membrane. The step (a) is a step of forming the non-woven fabric by making a resin containing a polar filler fibrous by a laser electrospinning method. By such a method, the all-solid-state battery (a laminated body of a positive electrode member, a solid electrolyte membrane, and a negative electrode member) can be efficiently manufactured.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a carbon fiber. In the method for producing the carbon fiber, a high pure acrylonitrile monomer with specific contents of impurities and a comonomer are used to produce an acrylonitrile copolymer, and the acrylonitrile copolymer is subjected to a spinning operation, a stretching operation, an oxidation treatment and a carbonization treatment in sequence, for obtaining the carbon fiber. The acrylonitrile copolymer with an appropriate falling-ball viscosity and an appropriate weight-average molecular weight is beneficial to the spinning operation, thereby reducing an inner pore diameter and enhancing strength of the resulted carbon fiber.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for preparing a PET/PTT parallel complex filament with high self-crimpiness, wherein PET and PTT are sliced, dried and crystallized, and then fused separately and subjected to extrusion molding through a parallel-type spinneret plate; oil is applied after cooling; then level 1-3 drafting and heat setting treatment are adopted; and during drafting, a total drafting rate is controlled to be 3 to 3.5, wherein the level-1 drafting rate is 2.8 to 3.0 at a temperature controlled to be 75 to 80° C., according to the method for preparing the PET/PTT parallel complex filament with high self-crimpiness, methods like multi-level drafting for increasing the drafting rate are adopted, and the effects of improving the fiber strength, moderately lowering the breaking elongation, and greatly improving the self-crimpiness are achieved.

摘要: A fabrication method for a filter containing tragacanthin-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers includes obtaining a homogenous tragacanthin-PVA solution by obtaining a PVA solution by dissolving PVA in distilled water, and adding tragacanthin to the PVA solution. The method may further include obtaining a support layer by coating a stainless steel mesh with a thin layer of a hydrophobic polymer, coating a stainless steel mesh with the thin layer of the hydrophobic polymer comprising electrospinning a hydrophobic polymer solution onto the stainless steel mesh, and forming a tragacanthin-PVA nanofibrous web on the support layer by electrospinning the homogenous tragacanthin-PVA solution onto the support layer.
