摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shaped body comprising lignin which may be further processed into intermediate carbon fibers and finally also carbon fibers. Uses of said fibers are also disclosed. The present invention addresses the problem of lignin leaching into a precipitation bath. The solution to this problem is a novel method for minimizing the loss of lignin through the addition of certain salts into the precipitation bath.

摘要: The present application provides a manufacturing method and a spinneret assembly that includes a nozzle body, an outer spinning solution channel formed inside the nozzle body, and at least one inner spinning solution channel formed inside the nozzle body. A nozzle outlet formed at an end of the nozzle body is immersed in a solidification liquid. The outer spinning solution channel includes an outer liquid outlet, and the at least one inner spinning solution channel includes an inner liquid outlet. The outer liquid outlet and the inner liquid outlet communicate with the nozzle outlet and are confluent at the nozzle outlet. A diameter of the inner liquid outlet is smaller than a diameter of the outer liquid outlet. An outer-layer dope spinned from the outer liquid outlet covers an inner-layer dope spinned from the inner liquid outlet so as to generate a solid filamentary fiber with multi-layer materials.

摘要: A method for preparing a chitosan complex film comprises: (1) reacting polyvinyl alcohol-124 with butanedioic anhydride to obtain a modified polyvinyl alcohol; (2) formulating the modified polyvinyl alcohol-124 into a 0.4 wt % aqueous solution, then adding the aqueous solution containing 0.4 wt % of modified polyvinyl alcohol-124 dropwise into an acetic acid solution at a concentration of 0.4 wt % chitosan to obtain a mixed solution; (3) adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution with a 0.01 wt % NaOH solution to pH 5.5, and removing surface bubbles after standing for one hour to obtain a casting solution; (4) pouring the casting solution into a culture dish, placing the culture dish into an oven at 60° C. and drying to a constant weight to obtain the chitosan complex film. The materials used in the method are inexpensive, and the reaction is not complicated, so the cost of the product is not high.
