摘要: The present disclosure provides, inter alia, methods and compositions for differentiation of pluripotent stem cells and derived hematopoietic lineage cells including hemogenic endothelial cells, hematopoietic progenitor cells and natural killer cells. The differentiation efficiency for the hemogenic endothelial cells, the hematopoietic progenitor cells and the natural killer cells can be improved by using the methods and compositions of this disclosure described herein.

摘要: The disclosure makes it possible to provide a cell culture membrane capable of easily decomposing after allowing cell layers to be formed on both sides of the cell culture membrane. A cell culture membrane having a cell culture region at both surfaces thereof, the cell culture membrane containing methyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of from 20000 to 190000 as a main component, or containing methyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of from 190000 to 400000 as a main component, and further containing a dissolution temperature regulator. The dissolution temperature regulator is preferably at least one of sodium styrenesulfonate, sodium iodide, or sodium toluenesulfonate. A poorly soluble material is preferably added to the cell culture membrane.
