    Abstract: Described in several embodiments herein are olfactory sensory neuron (OSN) derived extracellular vehicles (EVs), formulations thereof, and uses thereof. In some embodiments, the OSN derived extracellular vesicles are effective to increase the growth of neurons during regeneration. In some embodiments, the OSN derived EVs and/or formulations thereof are used to promote nerve regeneration, particularly peripheral nerve regeneration, and to treat nerve injury.
