The first plurality of fine fibers comprises a first polymeric material including (i) a first polymer component and (ii) optionally one or more first additives, wherein the first polymer component comprises a first recycled-polypropylene (rPP) comprising a visbroken spunbond grade polypropylene having a first melt flow rate (MFR) before visbreaking and second MFR after visbreaking, and wherein the second MFR is larger than the first MFR.

The covered yarn material includes a skin-layer material and a core-layer material, where the skin-layer material includes 20 wt % to 30 wt % of a powder melt mixture and 80 wt % to 70 wt % of a mixed-melt raw material; the core-layer material includes 100 wt % of a core-layer filament; the powder melt mixture is composed of the following components: 20 wt % of a carbon nanotube (CNT), 35 wt % of a graphite powder, 25 wt % of a copper powder, and 20 wt % of a jade ore powder; the mixed-melt raw material includes one or more from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyamide (PA) 6, PA66, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and polycarbonate (PC); and the core-layer filament includes one or more from PET, PA66, PPS, and LCP.

摘要: A process for the preparation of plexifilamentary film-fibril strands of polymer. The process includes the steps of generating a spin fluid containing (a) 5 to 30 wt. % containing one or more polymer types, (b) a primary spin agent selected from the group consisting of dichloromethane, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene and trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, and (c) a co-spin agent comprising 1H,6H-perfluorohexane or 1H-perfluorohexane or 1H-perfluoroheptane. The spin fluid is flash-spun at a pressure that is greater than the autogenous pressure of the spin fluid into a region of lower pressure to form plexifilamentary film-fibril strands of the polymer. The co-spin agent is present in the spin fluid in an amount sufficient to form an azeotrope-like composition with the primary spin agent in the presence of the one or more polymer types. The polymer may be selected from the group consisting of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene-1, polymethylpentene, polyvinylidene fluoride, poly (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene), and blends of the foregoing.

摘要: In order to provide artificial leather having both strength (in particular, tensile strength and tear strength), surface appearance, and a dense feeling in artificial leather including a fiber-entangled body containing a nonwoven fabric made of ultrafine fibers containing a large amount of inorganic particles (in particular, metal compounds) as a constituent element, and an elastic polymer, the artificial leather of the present invention is artificial leather including a fiber-entangled body containing a nonwoven fabric made of ultrafine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 1.0 μm or more and 10.0 μm or less as a constituent element and an elastic polymer, and satisfies the following requirements: (1) the ultrafine fibers include a polyester-based resin containing a manganese-based compound; (2) an average particle diameter of the manganese-based compound is 0.01 μm or more and 0.20 μm or less; and (3) the ultrafine fibers contain a manganese element in an amount of 0.1 ppm or more and 50.0 ppm or less in 100 mass % of the ultrafine fiber.
