摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a three-dimensional porous nano composite cooling film in large scale. The cooling film is prepared from 0.1-0.5 parts of cellulose acetate, 1-5 parts of water, 20-100 parts of acetone, an additive, and 10-20 parts of nano microspheres through a cooperative formulation of cellulose acetate, nano microsphere materials and the additive. The composite cooling film is obtained by self-deposition of cellulose acetate and nano microspheres, and liquid volatilization during film forming process leads to formation of the three-dimensional porous structure. The film has an effect of enhancing radiation of infrared heat into space, which could significantly reduce a temperature of a substrate surface and achieve rapid and strong cooling. The film could achieve effective cooling without external power and other active cooling equipment, with or without sunlight.

By using natural binding materials and natural fiber materials, the system and method may be used to create environmentally friendly substitutes for expanded polystyrene. The system generally comprises a processing room and molding facility. The processing room may comprise an opener, cleaner, and blower, which may be used to break up and clean the natural fiber material. The molding facility may comprise a mixer, molder, and kiln, which may be used to create casts. The method generally entails processing a natural fiber material before mixing it with a natural binding material and fluid to create a fluidic mixture, wherein said fluidic mixture is subsequently molded and cured to create a finished product.

摘要: Transparent articles and methods of producing transparent articles are provided. The transparent article includes hydrophobic nanoparticles dispersed within poly(methyl methacrylate). The method of producing transparent articles includes pouring a transparent article precursor into a mold, the transparent article precursor comprising nanoparticles, a solvent, and a polymer, and the mold comprising a flat surface. The method also includes placing the mold into a container having an adjustable opening and allowing the solvent to evaporate from the transparent article precursor, thereby forming the transparent article over the flat surface of the mold. The method further includes flattening the transparent article, in which flattening the transparent article includes positioning a flat article on a first side of the transparent article, and compressing the transparent article between the flat surface and the flat article.
