Abstract: A method of making a panel using palm fiber, the method comprising: mixing a resin and a hardener to form a mixture; pouring a first portion of the mixture into a mold to provide a first resin layer; adding a first amount of palm fiber on top of the first resin layer to form a first fiber layer; compacting the first fiber layer; pouring a second portion of the mixture into the mold to form a second resin layer on top of the first fiber layer; adding a second amount of palm fiber on top of the second resin layer to form a second fiber layer; compacting the second fiber layer; and obtaining the panel.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a toy using a model frame in liquid includes: filling a water tank; dissolving calcium chloride, a powder component, into the water filled in the water tank; wherein the amount of calcium chloride is determined in anticipation of the degree of gelation by chemical action with sodium alginate, filling a liquid paint to the model frame; wherein the liquid paint is comprised water 96 wt. %, CNC 0.99 wt. %, sodium alginate 3 wt. %, luminous material 0.01 wt. % or water 91 wt. %, CNC 1 wt. %, sodium alginate 3 wt. %, shiny material 5 wt. % or water 96 wt. %, CNC 0.99 wt. %, sodium alginate 3 wt. %, color conversion material 0.01 wt. %; immersing the model frame filled with the liquid paint in the water tank; solidifying and shrinking the liquid paint filled in the model frame immersed in the water tank; and shaking the model frame.

Abstract: A moulding installation and method for moulding food products from a pumpable foodstuff mass are described. A revolving mould drum is provided with multiple mould cavities and a mass feed member is arranged at a fill position to transfer foodstuff mass into passing mould cavities. The foodstuff mass forms a food product in the mould cavity. A pressurized air food product ejection system includes air ducts in the mould drum that extend to the cavities and at least a portion of the surface delimiting a mould cavity is air permeable. The ejection system further includes a pressurized air source to feed pressurized air at a regulated ejection air pressure thereof to the air ducts. A controller is adapted to input at least one target parameter related to filling of the mould cavities with the foodstuff mass via the mouth of the mass feed member. The controller is adapted to automatically set an ejection air pressure by the pressurized air source on the basis of the inputted target parameter.

Abstract: A resin molding method is capable of reducing the use amount of micropellets and obtaining a resin molded article having required characteristics. A resin molding method includes a disposing step of disposing a preliminary molded body laminated and formed in a three-dimensional shape in a molding die, a filling step of heating and melting the preliminary molded body by an electromagnetic wave transmitted through the molding die and filling the molding die with a molten resin material, and a cooling step of cooling and solidifying the molten resin material in the molding die. In the cooling step, a resin molded article integrated so as to eliminate a lamination interface of the preliminary molded body is formed in the molding die.
