摘要: A method (100) for manufacturing a three-dimensional object (1), said method comprising the following steps:
a three-dimensional mold (2) defining an interior space (21) is provided (110);
a filling material (3) comprising at least one liquid or past-like monomer is introduced (120) into the interior space (21);
the monomer is polymerized (130) to produce a polymer, the temperature (3a) of the filling material (3) and/or the temperature (2a) of an outer surface of the three-dimensional mold (2) being monitored (140); and
on the basis of the results (2a, 3a) of this monitoring operation, the quality (1a) of the object (1) is assessed (150) and/or at least one measure (4) is taken (160) in order to direct the temperature (2a, 3a) in a desired direction.-

摘要: A brush roller and its manufacturing method and brush roller mold is provided, the brush roller is manufactured by foaming a gaseous pore filler, while solving the problem of using a solid pore filler foaming method to manufacture the brush roller. In addition, the brush roller of the present invention has a plurality of fluid channels communicating between any adjacent two, and the plurality of fluid channels respectively extend to the surface of the brush roller to form pores to improve the fluid permeability of the brush roller, and in the brush roller manufacturing method of the present invention, after the PVA emulsified solution is cured, the compressive stress under the condition of the predetermined compression ratio can be formed to meet the expected brush roller, and it can be used to brush the circuit substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to processes for forming or otherwise creating a transparent, conductive film from a heavy hydrocarbon material. It allows for what is often considered to be waste material to be transformed into a useful product, such as a heating element. Such heating elements can be incorporated into many contexts where it can be important to have transparency and/or a thin heating element, such as in windshields. The process involves dissolving a heavy hydrocarbon material in a solvent, casting the heavy hydrocarbon solution that results from the dissolving onto a substrate to form a film, and then annealing the film. The disclosure also provides for objects in which such resulting films can be used, such as Joule heaters.

The artificial botanical may also be scented by adding a perfume, odorant, or other scent. Because the artificial botanical is produced using the aqueous agar-based solidifying mixture, no animal-based gelatin products are used. The artificial botanical may thus also be edible and satisfies vegan diets. The artificial botanical may thus also be flavored by adding a flavoring, such as fruit, concentrate, or sweetener. The artificial botanical may be all-natural and edible by adding mica powder as the colorant and by adding glycerin as the flavoring.

摘要: A continuous reinforced cold water pipe (CWP) for an Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) system is formed from a sequential series of molded pipe sections, which are formed from a series of rigid frame sections and a curable material to form the continuous reinforced CWP. Each molded pipe section is formed by moving a rigid frame section into a mold, enclosing at least a portion of the rigid frame section in the curable material, and curing the curable material. As each molded pipe section is moved out of the mold, the next sequential rigid frame section, which is connected to the previous rigid frame section, is moved into the mold. The cycle is repeated as many times as required to form the continuous reinforced CWP having a desired length.
