摘要: The present disclosure is directed to processes for forming or otherwise creating a transparent, conductive film from a heavy hydrocarbon material. It allows for what is often considered to be waste material to be transformed into a useful product, such as a heating element. Such heating elements can be incorporated into many contexts where it can be important to have transparency and/or a thin heating element, such as in windshields. The process involves dissolving a heavy hydrocarbon material in a solvent, casting the heavy hydrocarbon solution that results from the dissolving onto a substrate to form a film, and then annealing the film. The disclosure also provides for objects in which such resulting films can be used, such as Joule heaters.

摘要: Methods and devices for producing a composite pane having a functional coating are presented. The functional coating is applied to part of a surface of a base pane, and a first pane is cut out from the base pane while introducing a frame-shaped peripheral coating-free region into the functional coating having an inner region that is not adjacent a side edge of the first pane. The surface of the first pane with the functional coating is then bonded via a thermoplastic intermediate layer to a surface of a second pane.

摘要: A transparent pane, having at least one heatable, electrically conductive coating connected to at least two collection electrodes, provided for electrically connecting to a supply voltage to generate a heating current that flows across a heating field formed between the at least two collection electrodes is described. The heating field includes at least one communication window free from the heatable, electrically conductive coating. The transparent pane further includes at least one heatable, electrically conductive coating. The additional electrode is connected to one of the two collection electrodes via a respective current supply line.

摘要: Disclosed are a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a semiconductor device having a plurality of organic semiconductor elements with a simple process and high productivity, and a semiconductor device. This problem is solved by forming, on an insulating substrate, electrodes corresponding to a plurality of semiconductor elements, in which the position of an uppermost portion of each of a source electrode and a drain electrode is higher than that of a gate electrode, forming an organic semiconductor film on a surface of an insulating support, forming grooves in the organic semiconductor film to form divided regions according to the individual semiconductor elements, and aligning and laminating the insulating support and the insulating substrate.

摘要: A position indicator includes: a chassis; a substrate disposed inside the chassis; a coil; capacitors disposed on the substrate; interconnects disposed on the substrate such that each at least partially connects a respective one of the capacitors to the coil in parallel; and pairs of land patterns. Each pair of land patterns includes a first land pattern and a second land pattern. Each of the interconnects has a first end connected to a first end of the coil and a second end connected to a second end of the coil, and is connected to one of the capacitors. The pairs of land patterns are disposed such that each of the interconnects is at least partially interposed between the first land pattern and the second land pattern of one of the pairs of land patterns.

The ultrasound transducer is activated and the activity across the transducer is measured to determine whether the activity at any area does not meet an acceptance criteria. The transducer is then modified so that the area meets the acceptance criteria. The transducer may be modified with a laser which removes material from the area which does not meet the acceptance criteria.

摘要: A method is configured to automatically inspect and trim a ceramic patch antenna which has a radiation metal surface. Firstly, an inspection apparatus electrically connected to a radio frequency component testing fixture is arranged. The inspection apparatus is inputted standard parameters of electrical characteristics of the ceramic patch antenna. Then, the ceramic patch antenna is arranged on the radio frequency component testing fixture. The inspection apparatus is configured to measure electrical characteristics of the ceramic patch antenna and to judge whether the electrical characteristics of the ceramic patch antenna are the same as the standard parameters or not. The inspection apparatus is configured to drive a trimming machine for trimming the radiation metal surface of the ceramic patch antenna if the electrical characteristics of the ceramic patch antenna are different from the stand parameters.
