摘要: A method (100) for manufacturing a three-dimensional object (1), said method comprising the following steps:
a three-dimensional mold (2) defining an interior space (21) is provided (110);

on the basis of the results (2a, 3a) of this monitoring operation, the quality (1a) of the object (1) is assessed (150) and/or at least one measure (4) is taken (160) in order to direct the temperature (2a, 3a) in a desired direction.-

摘要: Superhydrophobic films from plastic waste and a fabrication method thereof are provided. Superhydrophobic films with variable thickness, comprising a base and top layer, can be created using semi-crystalline polymers, including virgin, recycled, or waste forms. The fabrication process utilizes 60% of total plastic waste, resulting in films with contact angles between 120° to 160°, tensile strength ranging from 1 MPa to about 70 MPa, and thickness ranging from 20 μm to about 5 mm. Superhydrophobic films may impart protective water-repellent properties against the elements.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a porous part includes controlled freeze casting of a slurry. After freezing, a solvent in the slurry is removed by sublimation and the remaining material is sintered to form the porous part. Spatial and temporal control of thermal conditions at the boundary and inside of the mold can be controlled to create parts with controlled porosity, including size, distribution, and directionality of the pores. Porous parts with near-net-shape from ceramics, metals, polymers and other materials and their combinations can be created.

摘要: The present invention provides a fast-curing molding process for epoxy resin. The method includes the following steps: S1, mixing epoxy resin A glue and a protein-grafted manganese-zinc-iron oxide nanomaterial well into a colloidal state, and grounding the mixture for 10 to 30 min; S2, adding epoxy resin B glue to the mixed colloid in S1, and performing ultrasonic dispersion at 20 to 30° C. for 10 to 30 min; and S3, placing the mixture obtained after ultrasonic dispersion in S2 in a vacuum environment for 20 to 40 min, then taking the mixture out and injecting the mixture into a mold, placing the mold and the mixed colloid into an electromagnetic induction heater, placing the electromagnetic induction heater in a magnetic field environment with a magnetic field intensity of 1 to 1.5 mT for 2 to 3 h, cooling and then taking them out to obtain the cured epoxy resin.

摘要: A polishing pad for chemical mechanical polishing comprises a polishing layer which comprises a polymer matrix which is the reaction product of an isocyanate terminated oligomer or polymer, with a curative blend comprising two or more polyamine curatives wherein pores are present in the polymer matrix, such pores being formed by expansion of pre-expanded fluid filled polymeric microspheres such expansion occurring during reaction of the isocyanate terminated oligomer or polymer with the two or more curatives, wherein the polishing layer is characterized by one or more of a ratio of viscous modulus (G″) at 104° C. to shear loss modulus (G″) at 150° C. of at least 5:1; and a specific gravity of the polishing layer is less than or equal to 95% of a calculated specific gravity for the isocyanate terminated oligomer or polymer, the curative blend and the pre-expanded fluid filled polymeric microspheres.

摘要: The dental restorative material of the present invention is a dental restorative material that contains a resin matrix and an inorganic filler in an amount of 25 to 1,000 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin matrix, and in the dental restorative material, the resin matrix contains a polyurethane resin, and the inorganic filler has an average particle diameter of 0.001 to 100 μm. According to the present invention, a dental restorative material that has a high bending strength and a high surface hardness, and is excellent in transparency and cutting workability, and a resin material for dental cutting work containing the same can be provided.
