摘要: A fastening structure comprises a first plate, a second plate, and a sheet member. The first plate has a first passageway with a first diameter. The second plate has a protrusion with a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. The sheet member is disposed on the first plate such that a second passageway of the sheet member communicates with the first passageway of the first plate and the first plate is interposed between the sheet member and the second plate. A portion of the protrusion extends through the first passageway and the second passageway. The first plate is fastened to the second plate by thermal deformation of the portion of the protrusion extending through the first passageway and the second passageway or by overmolding to the portion of the protrusion extending through the first passageway and the second passageway.

The zone of copper has a proximal boundary disposed proximal to, and separated by, the zone of steel, from the machined surface. Also the zone of copper has a distal boundary distal to the machined surface and proximal to a second surface of the coalesced metal body.

摘要: A housing assembly for an electronic circuit including an electronic control unit (ECU) is a low-profile, generally rectangular device that includes a base, a cover that closes an open end of the base, and a printed circuit board (PCB). The housing assembly securely supports the PCB and its associated electronic components while providing improved cooling properties and lower manufacturing costs. This is achieved by providing passive cooling features on an outer surface of the cover, and by employing a thermally conductive plastic to form the passive cooling features, where the cover has predetermined and defined anisotropic thermal conduction properties configured to optimize thermal conduction and cooling of the ECU.

摘要: To effectively dissipate heat discharged from various electronic or mechanical components, a high-performance ultra-thin heat dissipation sheet with high thermal conductivity and thermal emissivity by using a graphene/graphite nanoplate/carbon nanotube/nano-metal complex that forms a high-content 3D-structured complex that is stably dispersed, and a method of manufacturing the same, is provided. The method includes preparing a first heat dissipation film by sintering a composition for dissipating heat including a graphene/graphite nanoplate/carbon nanotube/nano-metal complex dispersion solution and a binder, and forming a second heat dissipation film on one surface or two opposite surfaces of the first heat dissipation film by using a graphene adhesive including the graphene/graphite nanoplate/carbon nanotube/nano-metal complex dispersion solution and an adhesive. A heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention may be utilized as a material with heat dissipation properties constituting a heat sink alone or with other materials with heat dissipation properties.
