摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a plastic part, especially a plastic part for an automobile, by an injection molding method comprising the steps: Using an injection molding device, plastic in a flowable state is injected into the mold cavity of an injection mold, gas under pressure is injected through a gas inlet opening in the injection mold into the mold cavity of the injection mold by means of a gas injection device so that a gas bubble forms within the still flowable plastic, the plastic is heated and kept flowable, at least in a region neighboring the gas inlet opening while the plastic is hardening in the mold cavity, wherein pressure is exerted on the plastic being kept flowable so that an opening in the plastic in the region of the gas inlet opening is sealed, and the plastic part is removed from the injection mold after reaching a sufficient dimensional stability. In addition, the invention relates to a corresponding device.

摘要: Disclosed are injection moldings, an injection-molding apparatus and a method thereof. The injection-molding apparatus comprises: a cavity mold having a cavity; a core mold having a core surface to form a molding space for injection moldings when being joined to the cavity mold; a heating unit for heating the cavity mold or the core mold; a cooling unit for cooling the cavity mold or the core mold; and a patterning stamp having a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern and provided on an inner surface of the molding space. According to the injection-molding apparatus, a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern is formed on a surface of injection moldings so as to have a super-hydrophobic characteristic and an optical characteristic, and a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern of a complex structure can be implemented.

摘要: Disclosed is a preferred mold design for producing plastic, molded preforms, which may be blow-molded into a container of a final, desired shape. A preferred mold includes a temperature control system for maintaining the preform mold at a desired temperature. The temperature control system can pass fluid through channels within the preform mold to cool plastic that is injected into the preform mold. In some arrangements, a mold comprises a neck finish mold, the neck finish mold configured to transfer heat away from the molding surface toward a channel conveying a working fluid. A heat transfer member may be at least partially positioned within the channel to transfer heat to the working fluid. In some embodiments, the mold comprises a high heat transfer material.

摘要: An apparatus and method for molding and curing silicone includes a press, one nozzles operatively engaged to the press, a liquid cooled manifold plate disposed to cool the nozzles, a heatable top platen having nozzle receptacles therein to receive the nozzles therein and a mold plate having a mold cavity therein. The mold plate and top platen are oriented for placement in the injecting position to allow the top platen to contact the mold plate while the nozzles are inserted into the nozzle receptacles of the top platen so that silicone is injected into the mold plate and into the mold cavity. The apparatus may be placed in the curing position when the top platen is heated and contacts the mold plate to allow silicone injected in mold plate to cure. The apparatus may be placed in a home position where the mold plate is uncontacted by the heated top platen which is uncooled by the manifold plate in the home position.
