摘要: The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a wall panel and a wall panel system. The method includes forming a glass-fiber reinforced cementitious layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured cementitious product into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the cementitious product to obtain a cured cementitious product having a first side and a second side; and applying, to the second side of the cured cementitious product, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam.

The method includes: forming a glass-fiber reinforced rigid magnesium oxide layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured magnesium oxide into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the magnesium oxide to obtain the glass-fiber reinforced rigid magnesium oxide layer having a first side and a second side; applying, to the second side of the rigid magnesium oxide layer, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam; and optionally applying to the first side of the rigid layer a veneer layer.

摘要: A paper based overlay is provided. The overlay has a paper impregnated with a resin composition having an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature in a range of from about −20° C. to about 40° C. and a resin content from about 15 to about 35 wt. % based on the weight of the overlay. The acrylic composition may include wax in the amount of about 0.005 to about 3.5 wt. % based on the weight of the resin composition. A method of producing the overlay is also provided. The overlay is highly water and abrasion resistant with low volatile content.

摘要: A method of constructing a reinforced concrete floor structure or wall structure, including: fabricating a precast panel substantially from concrete including a first set of parallel conduits extending through the panel, wherein the conduits open to opposite sides of the panel; moving the panel into its final position on a building site; and inserting tensioning cables through the conduits and tensioning the precast panel in the direction of the conduits to form a reinforced floor structure or wall structure, and a dowel connecting system for joining adjacent precast building panels, the system comprising elongated hollow dowel members cast in at the edges of two or more precast building panels such that when the building panels are positioned adjacent to each other their respective dowel members are co-linearly aligned; and a dowel piece to be inserted into a recess of the co-linearly aligned dowel members and to extend across the building panels, wherein the recess of the dowel members is adapted to be filled with grout to anchor the dowel piece therein and thereby structurally joining adjacent building panels.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a gypsum-based load-bearing board for wood structural load-bearing walls which is capable of increasing the co-efficient of effective wall length without additionally using reinforcement materials or stiffening materials, and without increasing the specific gravity and/or the thickness of the gypsum-based board. The gypsum-based load-bearing board (10) for wood structural load-bearing walls includes a main member or a core member formed from a board-shaped hardened gypsum containing an inorganic fiber and an organic-based strength enhancer that exert a lateral nail resistance of 500 N or more, and a paper covering at least front and back sides of the main member or the core member to constitute the load-bearing board. The load-bearing board has a surface density of 6.5 kg/m2 to 8.9 kg/m2, exhibits an ultimate displacement (δu2) of the load-bearing wall measured by an in-plane shear test of greater than 20×103 rad (δu2), and exerts an ultimate strength (correction value) (Pu′) of greater than 7.6 kN. According to the wooden structural load-bearing walls using the load-bearing board can obtain short-term reference shear strength (P0) greater than the wooden structural load-bearing walls using similar load-bearing board having a surface density of greater than 9.0 kg/m2.
