摘要: A method for producing polypropylene-based resin expanded beads includes dispersion, blowing agent impregnation, and foaming steps. Beads used in the dispersion step include a core layer having a polypropylene-based resin as a base material resin, and a fusion-bonding layer covering core layer; the beads fusion-bonding layer includes carbon black and a NOR-type hindered amine; a carbon black blending ratio is adjusted to 0.5 wt % or more and 5 wt % or less; and an amine blending ratio of the beads is adjusted to 0.03 wt % or more and 0.5 wt % or less; the polypropylene-based resin expanded beads have a surface on which a fusion-bonding layer is located; the fusion-bonding layer includes the carbon black and hindered amine; a carbon black blending ratio is 0.5 wt % or more and 5 wt % or less; and a blending ratio of the hindered amine is 0.03 wt % or more and 0.5 wt % or less.

摘要: Methods for manufacturing articles of footwear are provided. In various aspects, the methods comprise utilizing additive manufacturing methods with foam particles. In some aspects, the additive manufacturing methods comprise increasing the temperature of a plurality of foam particles with actinic radiation under conditions effective to fuse a portion of the plurality of foam particles comprising one or more thermoplastic elastomers. Increasing the temperature of the foam particles can be carried out for one or multiple iterations. The disclosed methods can be used to manufacturer articles with sub-regions that exhibit differing degrees of fusion between the foam particles, thereby resulting in sub-regions with different properties such as density, resilience, and/or flexural modulus. 摘要: Polyamide pre-expanded particles of this disclosure have a peak temperature of a maximum endothermic peak of 150-275° C. on a DSC curve obtained while being heated from 30° C. to 280° C. at a heating rate of 10° C./min using a DSC. The width of the peak is 30-80° C. when a straight line approximating the DSC curve on a high-temperature side relative to the peak after an end of melting is used as a baseline. The width corresponds to a difference between an extrapolated melting start temperature which is a temperature at an intersection point between a tangent line at an inflection point of the peak on a low-temperature side and the baseline, and an extrapolated melting end temperature which is a temperature at an intersection point between a tangent line at an inflection point of the peak on a high-temperature side and the baseline.

摘要: A method for producing modified polystyrene-based resin particles from which a foamed molded product having little variation in crack resistance can be obtained is provided. The method for producing modified polystyrene-based resin particles includes a polymerization step of obtaining modified polystyrene-based resin particles by copolymerizing a styrene-based monomer and a conjugated diene-based monomer which are impregnated into polystyrene-based resin particles. The polymerization step includes adding a polymerization initiator dissolved in a solvent having an SP value in a specific range and 8 or less carbon atoms.
