摘要: An object is to provide an aqueous inkjet ink composition offering excellent high-gap discharge stability, antifouling property, adhesion, drying property, abrasion resistance, discharge stability, and preservation stability, even when printed on nonabsorbent media. As a solution, an aqueous inkjet ink composition is provided that contains a pigment, an alkali-soluble resin, a polyolefin resin emulsion, a basic compound, an aqueous medium, and a surfactant, wherein the glass transition temperature of the alkali-soluble resin is 40 to 100° C., the average grain size of the polyolefin resin emulsion is 5 to 300 nm, the solids content of the polyolefin resin emulsion is 0.5 to 5.0 percent by mass in the aqueous inkjet ink composition, and the surfactant contains at least an acetylenediol-based surfactant.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a mineral fibre thermal insulation product comprises the sequential steps of:
Forming mineral fibres from a molten mineral mixture;
Spraying a substantially formaldehyde free binder solution on to the mineral fibres, the binder solution comprising: a reducing sugar, an acid precursor derivable from an inorganic salt and a source of nitrogen;
Collecting the mineral fibres to which the binder solution has been applied to form a batt of mineral fibres; and
Curing the batt comprising the mineral fibres and the binder which is in contact with the mineral fibres by passing the batt through a curing oven so as to provide a batt of mineral fibres held together by a substantially water insoluble cured binder.-

摘要: Disclosed are a polypropylene composite material capable of blasting at a low temperature, and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-75 parts of special polypropylene A, 3-10 parts of special polypropylene B, 15-30 parts of a filler, 2-10 parts of a special toughening agent, 15-25 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a lubricant, 0.1-0.3 part of a photostabilizer, and 0.2-0.6 part of an antioxidant, wherein the special toughening agent comprises ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and a metallocene ethylene-propylene copolymer. The polypropylene composite material that is capable of blasting at a low temperature and has good rigidity is prepared by using the special polypropylene A, the special polypropylene B, and the special toughening agent in combination with the normal filler and the normal toughening agent, and the polypropylene composite material has a wide application prospect.

The polyester master batch composition to which the graphene oxide is added as described above provides a polyester yarn further having far-infrared emissivity and antibacterial performance, as well as exhibiting lubricity, UV blocking properties, electrical conductivity, and heat dissipation properties, and having improved mechanical properties such as scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, flexural strength, and flexural modulus.
