Abstract: The present invention provides a polyamide composite, including the following components: 20 to 80 parts of a polyamide resin; 1 to 30 parts of a red phosphorus flame retardant; 0.01 to 10 parts of trimethallyl isocyanurate; and the polyamide composite has a cross-linked structure between polyamide molecules. By adding trimethallyl isocyanurate (TMAIC) for irradiation cross-linking treatment, and by the red phosphorus flame retardant, not only the polyamide composite can meet the needs of flame retardant, but also glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) and comparative tracking index (CTI) have been improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon composite and use thereof, including components: 55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin; 1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and 0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of the phenolic substance to the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite, phosphorus precipitation can be effectively inhibited, and a phosphine precipitation amount can be reduced to 30 ppm or less, while good electrical performances can be maintained, which is applicable in fields of connectors, contactors, etc. in electronic appliances.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a high weld line strength polyethylene/polycarbonate alloy, including the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts to 40 parts of a polyethylene; 40 parts to 85 parts of a polycarbonate; and 1 part to 15 parts of an ethylene copolymer compatibilizer. The high weld line strength polyethylene/polycarbonate alloy has the advantages of high weld line strength, a good melt index and a good thermal aging resistance.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a semiaromatic polyamide resin, a preparation method thereof, and a polyamide molding composition consisting of the same, which consists of following components: (A) 20 to 95 wt % of a PA10T homopolymer derived from 1,10-decanediamine and terephthalic acid; and (B) 5 to 80 wt % of a PA6T homopolymer derived from 1,6-hexanediamine and terephthalic acid. Particularly, (A)+(B)=100 wt %.In the present invention, by adding a certain amount of the PA10T homopolymer into the PA6T homopolymer, a melting point of the PA6T homopolymer can be significantly decreased to be below a decomposition temperature thereof, and thereby a processability of the PA6T homopolymer is improved. The prepared semiaromatic polyamide resin has a decreased melting point, and may be processed normally. The polyamide molding composition consisting of the semiaromatic polyamide resin has a good processability, and has excellent surface properties.

Abstract: A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of tetrahydrofuran, which is 3 ppm-200 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize printing performance. Moreover, when a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 μm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.

Abstract: Disclosed are a polypropylene composite material capable of blasting at a low temperature, and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-75 parts of special polypropylene A, 3-10 parts of special polypropylene B, 15-30 parts of a filler, 2-10 parts of a special toughening agent, 15-25 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a lubricant, 0.1-0.3 part of a photostabilizer, and 0.2-0.6 part of an antioxidant, wherein the special toughening agent comprises ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and a metallocene ethylene-propylene copolymer. The present invention, by adjusting the length and the content distribution of the reinforced fibers in the reinforced polypropylene material formula, greatly preserves the maintained length of the reinforced fibers in the reinforced polypropylene material, and by combining a specific amount of low hardness toner and a specific amount of compatilizer, the low-temperature resilience and the long-term weatherability performance of the resulting reinforced polypropylene material are significantly improved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a flame-retardant HIPS material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components: 90 parts to 67 parts of a HIPS resin; 8 parts to 15 parts of a brominated flame retardant; and 3 parts to 7 parts of an auxiliary flame retardant; wherein the auxiliary flame retardant is a 1,3,5-triazine compound. In the present invention, a synergistic compounding of the brominated flame retardant and the auxiliary flame retardant effectively reduces an amount of the brominated flame retardant, and a stable UL 94 (1.5 mm) V-0 flame-retardant class can be achieved. Compared with the existing brominated flame-retardant HIPS, the present invention has a low halogen content, low gas, and high cost performance ratio, which avoids excessive acid gas from forming air lines on the surface of parts, has a good appearance.
