Abstract: The present disclosure provides a quantum dot particle aggregate and a preparation method therefor, a preparation method for a light conversion device, and quantum dot particles. The preparation method for the quantum dot particle aggregate includes: mixing a plurality of first polymer particles, a first quantum dot solution and a second polymer solution, and drying to obtain an aggregate containing a plurality of quantum dot particles A, where each of the quantum dot particles A includes a core of a first polymer particle and a shell of a second polymer formed by the second polymer, a plurality of first quantum dots are positioned in the shell of the second polymer, and the first polymer particle has a minimum dimension greater than or equal to 0.3 mm. The process reduces the damage to quantum dots and can prolong the life time of application products of quantum dots.

Abstract: The present invention provides additives for dry mix or tape joint compound compositions comprising one or more cellulose ether powders containing on its surface one or more hydrophobic alkali swellable emulsion polymer (HASE), preferably, one that is not crosslinked or which comprises, in copolymerized form, no multi-ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and, optionally, an inorganic basic filler. The present invention also provides methods to make the additive comprising kneading at from 50 to 120° C. a wet cellulose ether mixture containing from 50 to 80 wt. % of water with from 0.5 to 25 wt. %, based on total cellulose ether solids, of the hydrophobic alkali swellable emulsion polymer; if desired, adding an inorganic basic filler, and drying and grinding. The additive can be combined with 0.1 to 20 wt. %, based on total cellulose ether solids, of a dry polyacrylamide.

Abstract: There is provided a polyarylene sulfide dispersion coated with a cationic group-containing organic polymer compound and having high dispersion stability and excellent adhesion or adhesiveness to any one of substrates of plastic, metals, glass, and the like even at a high polyarylene sulfide resin concentration. The object is solved by providing a polyarylene sulfide dispersion including polyarylene sulfide particles, which are coated with a cationic group-containing organic polymer compound by a base precipitation method and thus exhibit high stability even at a high concentration, and also providing powder particles (fine particles) produced from the dispersion.
