摘要:
The present invention is an optical fiber unit (cable) made from a coated optical fiber with UV-curable resin that is integrated into a cross-section of Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite to provide more mechanical protection for the optical fiber. In the first stage, the optical fiber is covered with a coating of acrylic or silicon UV-curable resin, and then all or a part of the cross-section of the optical fiber is placed in a fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that is cured by UV in Pultrusion process. Then, the composition is covered by thermoplastic polymers. At least one optical fiber is regularly located on the cross-section or outer surface of an FRP in such a way that all or part of the cross-section of the optical fiber is placed in the cross-section of FRP cross-section.
摘要:
A ultrasonic welding method of joining dissimilar-material workpieces, such as sheet materials, and the joined components formed thereby. The method includes applying ultrasonic energy to a thermoplastic piece to fill a hole of a dissimilar piece to form a weld point that is made up with polymer from the thermoplastic piece. In general, the geometry of the thermoplastic piece is not altered during the process. The dissimilar piece generally has a higher melting temperate and can be metal, thermoset polymers, or other thermoplastic material. The welded pieces can be arranged in a lap, laminate, or double lap configuration. In some embodiments, the hole of the dissimilar sheet material includes undercut features that improve the mechanical interlock between the dissimilar pieces. In some embodiments, the weld point has a mushroom cap to improve mechanical interlock.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic pedelec frame (1) by, preferably integrally, joining two matching plastic half-shells (2, 3), said pedelec frame being provided with receptacles (12, 13, 14) for a handlebar (4), a bottom bracket (5) and preferably a seat (6). The two plastic half shells (2, 3) are made from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material containing a partially aromatic polyamide, using an injection molding process. The invention also relates to a pedelec frame (1) manufactured by said method.

A method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin molded article having a hollow portion includes setting a molded article (A) premolded from a thermoplastic resin in a first die, forming a melted thermoplastic resin plate (B) in a shape along an inner surface of a second die facing the first die by being attached to the inner surface of the second die by vacuum pressure, welding the thermoplastic resin plate (B) and the molded article (A) only in a predetermined region by mold-clamping the first die and the second die, and forming at least part of an unwelded region as a hollow portion.

The invention relates to a planar structure for joining, in particular for the material-uniting joining, of at least two components. According to the invention, the planar structure is flexible and formed by at least one reaction strand. The reaction strand comprises a preferably cylindrical core, which is provided, at least in some areas, with a coating, which is constructed with a plurality of coaxially applied layers with a small thickness. To produce the layers, two different materials are used, the layers being constructed alternately with one of the two materials. Because of the high degree of flexibility of the reactive planar structure and its arbitrary area extent, components with a complex geometry in the region of the joint faces as well as large-format components can be joined in a material-uniting manner without problems. The reactive planar structure can be produced here using the methods known from textile engineering with virtually any dimensions and, in addition, by a continuous industrial production process. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for providing a material-uniting connection between two components, in particular by means of the planar structure according to the invention.

A warp-directional stretch fabric that defines two right faces and is formed from warp yarns defined by a nylon and fill yarns defined by an aramid. The fabric can be incorporated into a toothed belt, for example a transmission belt, to produce a belt that has enhanced structural and resistance capabilities while capable of being produced at a lower cost than prior art belts. A method of producing an improved toothed belt including the fabric is also provided.

A heat-resistant laminated conveyer belt includes a fluororesin-coated core and a reinforcement layer which is formed on the core through an adhesive layer. The core is obtained by impregnating an aramid fiber woven fabric in a fluororesin dispersion and drying and sintering the fabric. The reinforcement layer is obtained by impregnating an aramid fiber woven fabric to which stretch properties are applied in a fluororesin dispersion and drying and sintering the fabric. The aramid fiber woven fabric of the core is a woven fabric by a plain-weave seamless loom or a circular loom. The aramid fiber woven fabric of the core includes an S-twist weft yarn and a Z-twist weft yarn which are alternatively arranged.
