摘要: The present invention relates to elastomer toothed belts comprising a fabric spanning the teeth of the toothed belt, wherein the elastomer mixture forming the teeth contains a crosslinked ethylene-propylene rubber (EPM) and/or a crosslinked ethylene-propylene terpolymer rubber (EPDM) accounting for at least 70% by weight of the elastomer mixture based on the polymer proportion and wherein an interlayer is arranged between the fabric and the elastomer mixture forming the teeth which contains at least 70% by weight of hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR) based on the polymer proportion of the interlayer. Such elastomer toothed belts are halogen-free and feature improved durability and good low-temperature stability properties. The present invention further relates to processes for producing such elastomer toothed belts and to the use of a layer of hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR) in such toothed belts to increase service life, to improve low-temperature stability and to improve the adhesion between the teeth and the fabric.

摘要: A rubber toothed belt includes a belt main body including a plurality of tooth portions provided at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the belt and including a first rubber composition, in which the first rubber composition includes a composite polymer including a hydrogenated nitrile rubber and an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt in a mass ratio of the former/the later=100/80 to 100/180, and includes, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the composite polymer, 3 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass of a zinc oxide, 3 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass of a non-reinforcing filler, 10 parts by mass or less of a reinforcing filler, 5 parts by mass or less of short fibers, and 1 part by mass to 5 parts by mass of an organic peroxide.

摘要: A transmission system using a toothed belt includes a belt body made of elastomer and a core wire made of carbon fiber and provided so as to be embedded in the belt body and form a helix having a pitch in a belt width direction. The belt body includes a flat band portion having a horizontally long rectangular cross section and a plurality of tooth portions integrally provided on an inner peripheral side of the flat band portion. A belt tension T0.2 per belt width of 1 mm when a belt elongation rate is 0.2% is 70 N/mm or more, an amount of backlash between the toothed belt and a toothed pulley is 0.10 mm or more and less than 0.65 mm, a hardness of the belt body is 89° or more in JIS K 6253 Durometer Type A, and a surface dynamic friction coefficient is 1.5 or less.

摘要: A toothed belt includes an endless back portion, a plurality of belt teeth arranged on a face of the back portion at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the back portion; and a core made of an elastic knitted or unwoven fabric and embedded in the back portion. Both of the belt teeth and the back portion are made of rubber. The core is not exposed from inter-tooth portions which are located between the belt teeth. In the core, a difference between the position of a point that is closest to the belt teeth in a belt thickness direction and the position of a point that is closest to a back face of the belt in the belt thickness direction is limited to 0.5 mm or less.
