    Abstract: The present invention is directed to tool arrangement having a one piece frame. The one piece frame that is solid and non-adjustable and includes a back side, front side and one or more extension walls extending away from the front side of the one piece frame. An attachment portion is located on said back side of the one piece frame for connecting the tool arrangement to a robotic arm. The one piece frame has at least three mounting locations formed at predetermine locations on said one piece frame. The at least three mounting locations are predetermined and non-adjustable locations on the one piece frame. The tool arrangement includes a stationary gripper connected to one of the three mounting locations and at least one four point gripper connected to another one of the three mounting locations.

    Abstract: An apparatus includes one or more die groups which are movable independently of one another, each including a female part having a matrix cavity and a male part destined to penetrate into the cavity such as to define a forming chamber of the product, the cavity configured to contain a batch of material. The apparatus further includes a heating station having a heater to bring the plastic material to the fluid state, and a die group cooling station downstream of the heating station. The die groups are free to be cyclically inserted in the heating station and subsequently transferred to the cooling station. A thrust group is associated to a respective die group and is configured to provide a thrust for penetrating the male part into the cavity during the stage of forming the product, the thrust group being integral with the respective die-group in displacements during the operations performed.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a mold for producing three-dimensional items, consisting of at least two mutually attachable pieces, and within which pieces the volume of the item to be produced is delimited. In said mold, owing to the mutually supporting surfaces, said pieces have formations delimiting airtight chambers between consecutively attached pieces. At least one of the pieces used to form part of each airtight chamber has a pneumatic valve through which said chambers are connected to a vacuum source, by means of which a sufficient negative pressure is created in the chambers to fix to one another the pieces delimiting such chambers. The walls of the pieces are non-deformable as a result of the negative pressure created within the chambers.

    Abstract: Provided are a fracturing liquid delivery hose for recovery of shale oil & gas, and manufacturing method and co-extrusion mold thereof. The method for manufacturing the fracturing liquid delivery hose for recovery of shale oil & gas according to the present invention includes: (1) extrusion of a cover layer bearing an adhesive layer; (2) extrusion of an inner lining bearing the adhesive layer; (3) physically permeation of the extruded cover layer and the inner lining for standby use; (4) formation of an enhancement layer; (5) heating and pressurizing for physical and chemical bonding between the cover layer and the enhancement layer; (6) turning it over; (7) heating and pressurizing for physical and chemical bonding between the inner lining and the enhancement layer. In the present invention, the different types of materials may be used for the cover layer and the inner lining, and the cover layer and the inner lining of different materials may be combined for more needs and reduced product cost. The hose is more integral, anti-flexible, long in service life; but also has high resistance to high pressure, high delivering rate, convenient connection, desirable weather- and chemical-resistance, and is suitable for various topographies. In case of no service, it is flat, easily wound up and has low volume during storage and transportation.
