摘要: An acid fracturing hose and a preparation method thereof, wherein, the acid fracturing hose includes an inner liner layer, an inner rubber layer, a first buffer layer, a reinforcing layer, a second buffer layer and an outer rubber layer from inside to out in sequence; wherein the inner liner layer is at least one layer of UHMWPE film, the reinforcing layer includes middle rubber layers and steel wire layers that are arranged at intervals, the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer are synthetic rubber, and the first buffer layer, the middle rubber layers and the second buffer layer are kiss-coating cord fabrics. The UHMWPE film is used as an inner liner layer, which can be integrated with an inner rubber layer and an outer rubber layer through a high temperature vulcanization process, and the inner liner layer is taken as an inner wall of the hose.

A conduit handler system is utilized to make a connection or test a connection between the first conduit and the second conduit using actuating pistons to apply a compressive or an opposing tensile force on the connection.

摘要: A cable-based heater for providing underground heat and a method of assembly of the cable-based heater are provided. The heater includes a length of coiled tubing having a sealed down-hole end and an open-ended cable support adapter attached to the up-hole end of the coiled tubing. One or more conducting cables are contained within the coiled tubing and a wedging tube is placed in the open end of the adapter for supporting the weight of the one or more cables against the interior sidewall of the adapter when the heater is deployed underground. The wedging tube has an inner surface shaped to conform to the outer shape of the one or more cables and an outer sidewall configured for weight bearing frictional contact with the interior sidewall of the cable support adapter.

摘要: A system of near-bit measurement while drilling system includes motor system, measurement transmission system, wireless receiving system and non-magnetic short sub. The measurement transmission system is set inside the motor system, and the transmitting device from the measurement transmission system and the receiving device from the wireless receiving system are set inside the non-magnetic cavity. In the process of drilling via drill bit, the azimuth gamma and the well deviation parameters on the formation where the drill bit is located is able to be measured in real time more accurately and then will make real-time wireless transmission toward the wireless receiving system. Compared with conventional measurement while drilling work, the measurement location of the near-bit measurement while drilling system is nearer to the drill bit with non-hysteretic description of well trajectory and formation gamma measurement so as to enhance the drilling-encounter ratio significantly.

摘要: A fracturing tube system for introducing into a borehole in order to carry out a hydraulic and/or pneumatic fracturing process, including a plurality of tube lines. The fracturing tube system is to be designed such that it can be produced in a simpler and more economical manner and such that a variable total length of the fracturing tube system can be introduced into a borehole with little effort. This is achieved in that the fracturing tube system has at least one traction cable, multiple coupling devices which can be removably attached to the at least one traction cable, and multiple tube sections which are separate from one another and which can be coupled to the coupling devices in a pressure-tight manner and thus form the tube lines as a whole. A pressure-tight releasable connection of the tube sections to feedthroughs of the coupling device can be achieved so that fluid can be conducted from one tube section into a subsequent tube section through the feedthrough in the coupling device in a tube-free manner.
