摘要: The invention relates to a device for preparing composite material waste, in particular carbon fiber-reinforced waste, comprising a comminuting assembly (2) for the composite material waste, a downstream temperature control zone (3) for controlling the temperature of the comminuted composite material waste, and a forming unit (4) for producing composite material waste compacts. In order to provide companies without recycling facilities, regardless of the type of composite material waste, with a low-cost and environmentally friendly alternative to dumping harmful composite material waste in landfills, it is proposed that the comminuting assembly (2), the temperature control zone (3) and the forming unit (4) are arranged in an at least substantially hermetically sealed and transportable working chamber (1).

摘要: A method for processing a curved plastic panel is to first form a hard coating layer, an optical function layer, and a printing layer on a flat plastic substrate, and then cut it into a predetermined shape, and then use a hot pressing and curving device to perform a hot pressing and curving process to the flat plastic substrate in order to make it becoming a curved plastic substrate. The hot pressing and curving device can simultaneously perform hot pressing during the heating process, and has the functions of real-time monitoring of the local temperature and the local curvature forming state, and then feedback to the local heating and curvature forming mechanism for adjustments. The monitoring of temperature and curvature can be divided into multiple stages, which can be monitored stage by stage and adjusted for heating or curvature forming to improve production yield.

摘要: A method for producing carbon fiber reinforced resin molded article of the present invention includes press-molding a mixture-made body including carbon fiber and thermoplastic resin to produce the article that is composed of CFRP.
The method further includes perforating pores into the mixture-made body, before press-molding mentioned above.
As, in perforating, at least the pores are formed so as to penetrate through a hardened part of a surface of the mixture-made body, the article made of the CFRP that does not have poor appearance, such as whitening or marble pattern, can be produced.-

摘要: A method of fabricating a vacuum insulated refrigerator structure includes positioning a first barrier film in a female mold cavity. Porous filler material is positioned on the barrier film, and a second barrier film is positioned over the porous filler material. A male mold is brought into contact with the second barrier film to deform and compress the porous filler material into a 3D shape. A vacuum is formed between the first and second barrier films, and the first and second peripheral edge portions are sealed together to form a vacuum insulated core. The vacuum insulated core may be positioned between a liner and a wrapper to form an insulated refrigerator cabinet, door, or other vacuum insulated component.

摘要: The heat-resistant release sheet of the present disclosure is a sheet including a sheet made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or a modified PTFE, wherein the sheet is disposed between a compression bonding target and a thermocompression head at the time of thermocompression-bonding the compression bonding target by the thermocompression head to prevent fixation between the compression bonding target and the thermocompression head, and the content of a tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) unit in the modified PTFE is 99 mass % or more. The heat-resistant release sheet of the present disclosure can more reliably meet a demand for a shorter time (work time) required for thermocompression bonding.
