摘要: A method of automatedly heating, press molding and replacing multiple molds for insole materials contains steps of: setting manufacture parameters by using a host control unit; setting a size and quantity of multiple insoles, a reloading weight of each mold, a heating temperature and a molding time of each insole in each mold; feeding the insole materials into the multiple molds by using the automatic material feeder to be heated and press molded; judging whether the molding time of each mold is more than or equal to a set time; waiting the molding time when the molding time of each mold is not more than or equal to the set time; taking the multiple insoles out of the multiple molds and judging whether the multiple insoles reach a set production quantity, and stopping production of the multiple insoles, when the insoles reach the set production quantity, thereby obtaining automatically production.

摘要: In general, in various embodiments, the present disclosure is directed systems and methods for producing a porous surface from a solid piece of polymer. In particular, the present disclosure is directed to a mold for processing a material. The mold includes a body having a top surface and a bottom surface. A void within the body is configured to receive a porogen and a piece of thermoplastic material. The void extends in a top to bottom direction to form a non-through cavity with a cavity surface that is substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the body. A protrusion on the body extends from the cavity surface towards the top surface. The void extends at least halfway through the body towards the bottom surface. A peg is disposed on the body and shaped to matingly engage a weight via a hole within the weight.

摘要: The present invention provide a forming method of forming a composition on a substrate using a mold, wherein the mold has a contact surface and a cavity, the method comprising: supplying a gas into the cavity so as to increase a pressure in the cavity to deform the contact surface into a convex shape toward the substrate; relatively tilting the mold with respect to the substrate; bringing the contact surface and the composition on the substrate into contact with each other in a state in which the contact surface has been deformed in the supplying the gas and the mold has been tilted in the relatively tilting; and further supplying the gas into the cavity so as to increase a deformation amount of the contact surface after the contact surface and the composition start to contact each other in the bringing.

摘要: A spinning machine includes: a main shaft which includes a chuck holding a cylindrical material having a bottom and a regulation member; a mandrel which is inserted inside from an opening side end portion of the material; and a press roller which presses the opening side end portion of the material. The spinning machine molds a circumferential groove portion on the opening side end portion so that an inner diameter of the opening side end portion of the material is smaller than an inner diameter of a body of the material by pushing a press roller while rotating the material around the axial center of the main shaft, and at least a portion of the inserted mandrel is formed so that a gap is provided between the portion and an inner circumferential surface after the opening side end portion of the material is plastically deformed.

摘要: The invention provides a new process for patterning TPE membranes for use in the design and fabrication of 3D microfluidic devices. The process involves patterning a TPE material without permitting the highest features of the mold to come into contact with the counter-plate, whereby adhesion between the TPE and the mold or counter-plate during demolding results directly in removal of the excess layer from the TPE membrane to produce well formed micrometric-sized open-through holes in the TPE membrane. The process permits rapid, reliable and efficient patterning of densely packed and arbitrarily placed micrometric open-through holes and channels of high aspect-ratio and any shape or wall profile in thin TPE membranes.
